Faith Based Fic

I'm trying to find a fic I read quite a while ago. It took place after "Faith", and had Dean experiencing after effects from the electrical shock. I think it was amping up his metabolism and affecting his nervous system. This was causing him to burn out rapidly. I don't remember the case, if there was one, but I believe they were staying with a family. And there was piano playing, by Dean! Any help would be appreciated. (You might just save my sanity.)

Yeah I know that fic, it's by Tru-Faith-Lost. I'll have to get in touch with her to remember what the title was exactly cause I'm having a brain lapse right now, but I know it's one by her. I'm unsure if she still has it online though cause I know shes removed some stuff. I will check for you.
