Slavery fic lost

Hi, sorry about this (blushes intensely), I  have managed to lose a story I only looked at earlier today (my browser doesn't keep any history), I am sure it's a slavery story, Jensen had been rescued from slavery by Jeff and Jared, he was quite broken and vulnerable.  I am sure Jeff and Jared were in a relationship.

If anyone can help me locate it I would be very grateful. I did try looking in the tags but couldn't find one for slavery.
