I've heard about Fanvids, but have no idea really what they are. Anybody willing to give a quick explanation for them?

Could anybody out there recommend what they consider great fanvids? Wincest/RPS preferred, but any that really made you sit up and take notice are good.

This girl makes amazing Buffy/SPN videos. She's only seventeen, but she's full of awesomeness and talent. I've been a Buffy fan since before puberty, so you can imagine that I love her Dean/Buffy videos. LOL. It's like two sides of the best kind of world.
