Specified But Open Search

Hi, so i'm looking for a particular type of fic,

*A de-aged!Sam, where Dean then has to look after Sam, who is between the ages of 1 and 4, whether it be due to  a hex from a witch or something going wrong during a hunt, whatever, i don't mind, but where he stays between baby and toddler, until he gets the antidote/Spell reversed.

Either: it starting with Sam/Dean in an established relationship, or getting together after, but definitely them getting together at some point, and if its leads on to Nc-17 towards the end when Sam is back to normal, that would be awesome!


*i'm saying Wincest, but if there are any AU's where its like this with Jared/Jensen, then that's fine too.
*HAPPY ENDINGS ONLY!! (Sam/Dean ending up together!)
*Short or Long.
*With or Without a Sequel - not fussed.
