WinZip and WinRar are programs that extract .zip or .rar compressed files. If you'll google either one, you'll find free downloads. Once you've downloaded and installed one of them, they'll automatically open any .zip or .rar file when you double click on it. If you're going to be doing much downloading, they're tools you really need to have.
