When you're making a post does the drop down window not show any tags like the image above? I'd make sure you don't have any blocking add-ons enabled on the site. If you do try disabling it and trying again. If that's not it, it just may be your browser. It works fine on my end.

The tags are located on the sidebar on the Comm page.
