Rubber rooms and padded walls, with no hope of escape, unless he can convince Sam that he's not crazy. I'm not sure if it's finished, but it CAN be read as finished. Awesome!
Of Bastard Saints (http://nilchance.livejournal.com/205229.html): After Devils Trap, Dean dies. Sam is devastated but doesn't believe it, John's leg is fucked up and someone with blue hair meets Vikings. Said to be wincest later, but this part isn't and can stand alone.
Lazarus came forth (http://oselle.livejournal.com/329417.html#cutid1): Dean makes it out of hell and finds that things topside are not much better than down below. Apocalypse fic of the whimper rather than bang variety.
