Check out my Pinboard tags for fics with 10-50k (https://pinboard.in/u:rbmifan/t:length:_10k-50k/t:fandom:_Supernatural/) words and 50k+ (https://pinboard.in/u:rbmifan/t:length:_50k%252B/t:fandom:_Supernatural/) words. Almost all of them should be gen, and h/c fics are tagged as such. Also check out [livejournal.com profile] gaelicspirit, who has written quite a few long, gen casefics. Some of 'em have hurt!Dean, too.
