That sounds a lot like Mismanaged (http://mis-managed.livejournal.com/3755.html) by [livejournal.com profile] macbyrne but it's not abused!Jensen but abused!Jared who has a bad manager who convinces him that he's a bad actor and has him do sexual favors to garner roles.
