one specific j2 fic and something else too!

Okay, this is my first entry (or post, whatever you wanna call it!) so don't please kill me if i do something wrong! :)

So i'm searching one fic that i read about an year ago, it was fantastic, but i can't find it anywhere!

- It's J2 fic.
- Jared is living somewhere, i don't remember where maybe in a apartment house?
- Jensen is his new neighbour and Jared is very interested about Jensen who is very cold to Jared.
- Jensen is kinda spying Jared, if I remember correctly. He's spying him to maybe Jared's dad or something?
- Jared has something strange ability!
- They fall in love of course ;) (Jensen doesn't wanna admit it?)
- Jensen allmost dies?

So there's maybe all i can remember! :o

And i'm all so interested in reading J2 or Dean/Sam fics and here's the things that im interested:

Five first are important!
- Slash !
- They aren't siblings
- They don't know each other in the benginning of fic
- Boys aren't hunters
- Someone has big trauma or dark past

And these ar not so important but..
- They have something in common, maybe friend or something?
- Jensen, career Bartender or stripper ? (:D)
- Vareers: doctors, dealers, something like that!
- Drugs ? Alcohol ?
- Eating disorders ?

I'm very open minded and i quickly need more to read :) Help me please!
