I see the moon (http://kaylennz.livejournal.com/4828.html) by kaylennz (http://kaylennz.livejournal.com/) is a pretty amazing Daddy!Dean fic. It's starts off as a Dean/ofc fic but the ofc dies, Dean ends up as a single parent and Sam and Dean eventually become a couple.
