I would recommend Red like blood in veins of blue by golden_cyborg (http://rlbivob.livejournal.com/).
Its mob boss Jensen and frankly best written fic I have ever read in this genre.
Its a WIP and she updates frequently. Its bottom!Jared though, so probably you can give it a try and see if you like it.
