Seeking 2 fics

1. J2 Au where the boys are married and own a successful company. Only Jared changes and Jensen is hurt so he donates all his money to charity and runs off to Africa without telling Jay. Anyone know what fic I have in mind?

2.I have never read it but have heard about a fic where Danneel says horrible things to Jared when Jensen isn't around. But one day Jen overhears. I don't know if it is Gen or j2 or what. I know it is really vague but I would love to read it if you can find it for me.
