Search for specific teen!chester fic, possibly in Brotherhood AU

Hey you awesome guys!

I'm looking for a fic in which Dean is a teenager and has some kind of brain seizure or bleed or stroke or something?
I'm pretty suret it belongs somewhere in the Brotherhood AU, because I remember a scene with Caleb and Dean. Deans seems to be fine and suddenly just collapses with Caleb not knowing what is happening and what to do? Propably major Caleb & Dean H/C occures after that (I'm a sucker for that ..).

I searched the whole Brotherhood site and googled and looked through the tags here. But I cannot find it or overlooked it. :( Or is it just my imagination running wild and this fic does not exist?

Also fits quite nicely into the theme, although it is not the story I looked for. But you cannot go wrong with anything Ridley's stories. Thank you!
