I seriously exhausted myself looking for this one...
Jensen works/volunteers at animal shelter, where he meets Jared and Jared's dad coming in to find a dog for Jared. Jensen and Jared's dad hit it off and get hitched. Years later Jared's dad is workaholic and Jared and Jensen hook up behind his back. And Jared is alpha but hasn't developed his knot til the end of the fic.
