Jensen's/Dean's tragic past revealed; dogs liking Jensen; cancer!Jensen

1. Two of my favorite things are tragic backstories and secret reveals, so let's combine them! Rec me fics where Sam (or Jared) discovers something new about Dean (or Jensen). I'm looking for themes like past child abuse (physical or sexual), rape or prostitution (but lighter themes, like super power reveals, are welcome too). Happy endings are preferred, so please warn if you rec something that'll leave me crying my heart out!

2. I'd love to read some J2 fics that heavily feature Sadie and/or Hurley, and in which they are completely enamored with Jensen. No bestiality, but more like they really, really adore him and adopt him as their own (and maybe Jensen spoils/dotes on them in return as Jared watches with hearts in his eyes?).

3. I'm in love with the Muffins' verse and desperately want more, so: J2 or gen fics where Jensen has cancer. Protective/caretaker!Jared would be amazing, but please no deathfics!

For all requests: only bottom!Jensen/Dean please, and no hardcore BDSM or D/s.

So I was browsing the cancer tags looking for a story I'd lost long ago and ending up stumbling upon your no3 request which basically reminded me about my old verse and the fact that I haven't updated in a looooong time. If there's any prompts you might have for the verse I'll happily oblige:)

Hee, you should have heard the sound I just made! I'm ridiculously excited about the possibility of getting more installments in the Muffins' verse!

As for requests... as my post said, I just desperately want more and am not that picky about what I get! There's one thing that comes to mind (and which keeps coming to mind every time I reread the 'verse), and that's something set sometime in the future, because I love the part where Jared brings Jensen home to meet his family, and I'm sure Jensen made a real good first impression, but since he was so sick and miserable at the time... I keep thinking about Jared taking him to Jeff's wedding a few months(?) down the road, and how Jensen might feel so much better then (might even have hair and a tan and a couple of extra pounds on his frame) and how he'll get to meet everyone again and how it'll kind of be a second first impression? I'm basically just really excited about all the things Jared and Jensen can do and discover about eachother once Jensen starts to recover.
