specific rpf-jensen wakes up from coma FOUND!

Hi guys,
I'm looking for a specific j2 fic.
Jensen was in a coma for a long time ( I think several years) and when he wakes up, many things have changed. He and Jared have been together, but after jensen has been in a coma for years, jared started a new relationship. They try to hide that from jensen and jensen has a hard time accepting the new reality.

That`s the story! I was afraid that the author maybe delated the story because I couldn't find it. But I couldn't remember the title, so searching was a bit difficult ;)
