It's a newer fic. Multi-chaptered and was a WIP last time I read. Dragons were captured by humans and used as slaves. Jared was a young dragon captured and was going to be sold for a lot of money because he had very unique coloured scales. Jensen snuck into free Jared, but I think was caught in the process, there might have been a fight...anyway Jared and Jensen escape and Jared is flying away with Jensen back to his kingdom, because now they are both hunted.
