Sam/Cas, hurt!Sam protective!Cas

I'm looking for any Sam/Cas fic (or friendship Sam and Cas) where Sam is hurt in some way and Cas is protective of him. I'd rather Sam was actually hurt and not just threatened. Dean and other characters can be protective too, but I'd like Castiel and Sam to be the main focus.

This one is more emotional hurt rather than physical.
