Sam post-hell or mentally damaged (Specific fic and general request)
I'm looking for both a specific fic and just a general request.
1. The specific fic is a fic set after Sam returns from Hell, I think, and for some reason Dean and Sam go to see Missouri. It's from her POV and Sam has really bad PTSD as a result of Hell and she's sad to see how much he's changed. Dean is looking after him. That's all I can really remember.
2. Any fics where Sam is messed up after he returns from hell or is mentally broken somehow. I seriously think I've read most but worth a try.
Thanks for your help guys!

The Way Back (http://rainylemons.livejournal.com/29486.html) by
Summary: AU in which Dean gets between Lucifer and Cas, preventing Castiel’s death and eventual return to full-blooded angelhood. In the following months, a mostly human Cas gets a job at Taco Bell, Dean recovers from wounds given to him by Lucifer, and a silent, shell-shocked Sam wanders in from the cold.
Rock On!

It's gen, and it's big on the h/c. Dean is dealing with a permanent physical injury, and Sam is dealing with hell aftermath. Read it! You'll become obsessed with the series.

If it isn't I recommend it, it's a very good read.
