This is my personal favourite, yellows, angles or silences (http://archiveofourown.org/works/302457?view_adult=true)by queenklu. It's not really powers!dean, but it's still good.
Summary: “So here’s the thing,” Dean says, bracing himself. “I feel…feelings.” Things contained within are: Dean with superpowers (sort of), first time, bottom!Dean, and boys in their natural habitat.

There's also this fic, On a Wing and a Prayer (http://sinestrated.livejournal.com/44354.html)by Sinestrated (recommended to me by someone on this comm recently). It's a one-shot, and only implied wincest, but still good.
Summary: It's a slow, almost lazy night at the bar when the Winchesters walk in.

Lastly there's The Flower Gleams (http://archiveofourown.org/works/379298)by fourfreedoms. This ones more of a crack!fic rather than anything but it's pretty funny and has a sweet ending.
Summary: Sam isn't the only one with powers. Unfortunately for Dean, his mystical ability to grow flowers doesn't have the same awe-inspiring effect.

I don't know of a fic where Dean has a fox inside, but there is a fic where he finds out he's the human half of the trickster god Coyote and he's suppressed his memories of Coyote since birth. Have you read the excellent series by leonidaslion called Berserker (http://archiveofourown.org/series/6238)? It starts with a series of stories that lead up to The Fetters of Fenrir and continues with The Gates of Garmr. It deals with Dean becoming possessed by a young wolf (he doesn't know what's going on at first). The wolf gives him powers.
