Dean/Castiel/Anna triangle fics?

I was wondering if anyone knew of any good Dean/Castiel/Anna fics that are any or all of the following:

*Long, plotty and/or angsty.
*Explore all the possible relationships within the triangle, ie. contain Dean/Anna, Castiel/Anna and Dean/Castiel. Maybe even some Dean/Castiel/Anna threesome fic at some point.
*Preferably either end in Dean/Castiel or have no-one happy (absolutely not a deal-breaker, though - if someone knows a good one that doesn't end like this, feel free to rec anyway, please.)
*Not much fluff, but maybe a little bit.

Also, if anyone would like to recommend some angsty Dean/Castiel that deals with Castiel being conflicted about having feelings for Dean since the Bible says no homosexuality, that would be much appreciated as well.

I know a few stories that sort of fit what you're looking for. The plots of the stories are built around other things and the Anna/Castiel/Dean love triangle is brought up only briefly.

In Named (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/6620318/1/Named) by mchlachlan, it is revealed that Anna had ulterior motives for sleeping with Dean in season four.

In the Sky verse (http://archiveofourown.org/series/1321) by starandrea, Castiel is jealous of Dean and Anna's brief time together in season four.
