old school Wincest & hurt!Sam

Hey everyone

After having a crap few months I really need some fic to cheer me up.

I'm looking for old-school Wincest with hurt!Sammy or abused!Sam and protective!Dean.

I don't care what kind of hurt it is (physical, sexual etc) just as long as Dean cares for Sam and the pair are a couple *G*. I just wanna have Sam whumpage. I'd really love porny, long fics with ensamble cast would be adore but I'll take any Wincest with hurt!Sam. Please no dark!Sam etc - no demon blood drinking etc etc - I'm looking for how Sam was in seasons 1/2 (although they don't have to be set then). Also if possible bottom!Sam recs

Also I don't know if they exist but can anyone rec me any Wincest fics where Castiel is protective of/cares for Sam (as well as Dean) or is Sam's guardian angel rather than Dean's. I'd love to see Castiel being protective of Sam. Again I'd prefer bottom!Sam where possible - and please NO Castiel/Dean pairings in the recs, I just really can't get into that pairing. Oh also please *no* dark!Sam - I really need a break whole demon blood drinking/Lucifer's vessel thing
