Looking for Dean (or Jensen) stuck after a car accident

Hi all,

I'm looking for fic where Dean is pinned in the Impala after a car accident. His leg is stuck, maybe? I don't know if it was a specific fic that I read the summary for or just an idea that got in my head, so any links to similar stories would be appreciated. Vague, I know, sorry.

This is brill fic but is very unknown and its a WIP! Now I hate wips as much as the next person but where it ends (thus far) doesn't give you that sinking feeling but a contented enough feeling. I promise you wont regret reading it.

Restaurant owner jared has a favourite customer Jensen. One night he doesnt pick up his order and jared worries. He rings him and jensen is after crashing his car and is injured. Jeff is a paramedic and Josh is a doctor in the fic. Its soooo good!
