Winchesters in Centralia, PA

Does anybody know any fics where the Winchesters go to or have a case in Centralia, PA?
As a reminder, that is the city that is burning under the earth since 1962 when a coal mine caught fire.

I always thought that was a perfect set-up for all manner of supernatural happenings, perhaps somebody else thought the same

The Capacity to Love (http://archiveofourown.org/works/302659) Part 1 of the SPN Next Gen Verse

Three years after estranging themselves from Castiel, the Winchester brothers are still reeling from his betrayal, living a mostly-civilian life in Sioux Falls to protect Sam from further damage to his ever-weakening wall. But a new powerful force from Hell threatens to conquer both Heaven and Earth, and it's time for Team Free Will to save the world (again). Sam is willing to forgive and forget, but Dean still can't forgive Castiel for what happened at Purgatory's gate. But Sam, Dean, and Castiel must learn to trust each other again, because when Sam's wall finally goes down for good, Dean and Castiel have only two options: overcome their differences, or lose Sam forever.

I don't have anything but I had to grin. I was scrolling down my flist and went past this, then backed up because I've done a bit of research into the town in the past. It's said to have inspired the setting for the Silent Hill film (and possibly some of the games) and I ended up drawing on details and pictures of the town for a story I wrote for my capstone project years ago. Glad to see someone else knows about it :D

Yes, it was the inspiration for the games (movie is based off the games.) My husband and I are huge Silent Hill fanatics, and when I saw this post, it was the first thing I thought of, too! I had never thought of it for a Supernatural type storyline, but it totally works....maybe you should write to the show! :P

Maybe then, they would stop featuring places in Kansas and the general Midwest that they don't know anything about...
