The story as I remember is Dean and Sam had a sexual encounter when Sam was a teenager. Miscommunication: Dean thinks he molested Sam, Sam thinks he forced Dean. Sam goes to college, Dean refuses all contact. Jess finds painting Sam did of Dean, can tell Sam in love with Dean. Dean's hurt by a black dog and calls Sam but Dean makes him hang up the phone. Sam ends up in psych ward (accidentally?) and tells doctor he's in love with his older brother. Dean gets message that Sam tried to kill himself. Gets to hospital but Sam already checked out. Sees Sam's chart where doc says Sam was molested by his brother. Therapy sessions for Sam, Dean calls, talks to Sam's doc. Ultimately they get back together. Very angsty, lots of guilt. Amazing story but I can't find it! It's a few years old - maybe written in 2011 or 2010?
