FOUND! AU J2 – Dean has 3 children and works with horses

I read this fic not that long ago and I hope I’ve given enough in my tags. The story is this, Sam is a social worker and I think his supervisor is Ellen Harvelle. Dean is the father of three children and he’s very reserved. He and his children live out on his ranch, I think, and he works with horses if memory serves. Ellen knows Dean and Sam is new to town and needs a place to live. He rents from Dean and later brings his dogs to stay with him as well. Castiel lives with Dean and his kids, and I think Gabriel too, but they are more helpers to Dean and the kids. Ash has a place on the property but isn’t there that often. His place is the other side of Sam’s place. Sam is not there as a social worker, just a renter. But, I believe that he and Dean develop a relationship. If it is not Sam and Dean then it would be Cas and Dean. That’s all I can remember. I can’t find it, but I’m sure that I read it at AO3. Okay, pretty sure. Please help! I can’t believe I did not download this! It was a great story! Thanks in advance!
