J2, Old Jared with Reaper(?) Jensen

So, I can't remember anything about this fic like name, author, one-shot or multi-chaptered.

What I do remember is this: Jared is very old at the end of his lifetime and missing his partner (husband) who has already passed along.  Then you have Jensen's POV where he is the reaper(?) assigned to collect Jared's soul and waiting/watching Jared as he nears his end.  The story ends with Jared passing over and seeing Jensen waiting for him.

Anyone knows what I'm talking about? And where I can find it?

Hi. It isn't quite this one, but I thank you for helping and breaking the ice. I thought my intial post was quite random and was sure no one would make any sense of it.

Regarding 'Infinite' I agree that it's got the never-ending love thing that is one of my hardest kink. I've got the pdf saved for days of famine (so to say). Actually, I think I've save most of Elizah_Jane's J2 fics.

First, thanks for saying it has a happy ending. That's usually why I read fanfic. Yeah, I know escapism. so what.
Second, I know about the J2 Recs death!fic section but always skipped it. See above reason. But maybe I'll go back and browse through to see if any have a 'post-death' happy ending.

You cried..... eeeee. Now I'm a little nervous. It has a happy ending? I like my Js to have happy endings. Too many unhappy endings in the real world. I tend to get depressed for a few days if I read one of those. Please say "Happy Ending"??
