Looking for general pregnant always-a-girl!Dean

Are there any fics where always-a-girl!Dean gets pregnant pre series? I would like something where John disapproves and wants Dean to get an abortion, but Dean wants to keep the baby. I don't know if such a thing exists, but I'd love to read it if it does.

If there's only mpreg of this I'll read that, as long as it focuses on the John-Dean conflict.

I've got a story similar to that on the back burner; only its a cursed! Dean not always a girl. Unfortunately it is a story I dont work on very often.
