Looking for a specific fic

All I can remember about it is that Dean is a police officer kind of person and Cas has just been released from prison after Dean wrongly arrested him? There was something about a list of things Cas wanted to do that Dean helped him with? I think Cas may have been thinking about a suicide attempt at one point? I can't really remember :/ It's been a while since I've seen it so I don't remember much else about it :( I'd really appreciate any help :) I've been looking for it for ages xD thank you :)
