Sinful Desire Archive Suspended?

Hey y'all,
It's a bit alarming, but I went to visit sinful-desire.org for their archive of fics, specifically "Riot Gear" and the entire site has been suspended.
Anyone have a copy of Riot Gear? Or any others off the site? Riot Gear is possibly one of my favourite stories to read.

My understanding is that Sinful Desires was about to close and AO3 worked to get the stories transferred to AO3. Many of the old Archives are closing, mostly because the software that they ran on hasn't been kept up. AO3 is making a real attempt to move over these archives when they hear about them closing.

we became aware that sinful-desires was going to go down and all those wonderful stories would be lost.

with a group of volunteers we transferred all those stories to AO3 in December 2016. There is supposed to be a redirect from sinful desires to the AO3 collection. We're looking into that.

but you can find those stories in that collection. :)

Do you happen to know if all stories from Sinful Desire were transferred? I've been looking for fics by Jassy and I can't find them all on Ao3. Is it possible some were transferred under a different name?

not all the authors wanted their stories transferred, or they have them on LJ or already on AO3.

I searched for Jassy and didn't find that author. :(

There is a Riot Gear – fic here that was moved over from Sinful Desire but the author changed their name.

NOTE: it's AO3 locked so you need to be a member to see it
but it's also still up on the spnkink_meme here.

Hey, is there any hope sinful_desire will come back?

Secondly, Midwinter Montana by Morgan was a story on that archive and i can't find it anywhere else. Does anyone have a copy or another link?

Midwinter Montana is in the Sinful Desire collection on AO3 - it is restricted, you'll need AO3 account to read it.

Thanks a lot! I was able to grab pdfs of some of them. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the longer multi-chapter fics because the wayback machine didn't have all of the chapters, but having some is better than nothing!

I have lost the fics by SamandDeanFangirl and now I can't find them on ao3, for some reason. :( Does anyone have them? Any and all will do, especially the Vampire!Dean ones.
