Wincest, AU, pretty old fic I think

So from what I remember Dean was a single Alpha living in a big home, he doesn't socialize much, if at all, and from some reason he goes looking to buy a beta or omega [I don't remember which] for a pet, as is common in this 'verse. Anyway he goes to a dealer, picks out Sam, the dealer is reluctant to sell [Sam comes from a renowned breeder but he got reached the age where the breeders get rid of them because they're 'too old' and he doesn't think he'd be a good fit or something along those lines] but Dean makes him. Dean has a butler or something similar who warns him that he's treating Sam too roughly, that Sam was breed mainly to be beautiful, and to be showed off and cannot handle being treated like a sex slave. Dean collars Sam, has a shed out back where he send him when he messes up and such. Also, I think in the beginning Sam has trouble talking, either because he can't or because he has been trained not to. I also think Sam walks on all fours, because of his pet nature, and Dean I think makes Sam get his junk pierced. *fic found*

I read this fic ages ago but didn't save it. Jensen has very sensitive nipples, and Jared gets the equipment to pierce them. However rather than inserting a ring or bar they decide to let the let the holes grow over so that Jared can pierce them again later.

Hi All, I have been searching for a fic and can't find it anywhere. Have even trawled back through searches here in the hopes someone else had been looking for it.
What I remember is this:
Both boys (I'm almost certain its Dean and Sam rather than J2) are kidnapped by a man.
They are kept seperatly.
He has inserted some sort of device that causes them pain/pleasure. Sam works that out.
He makes them call themselves puppies (I think).

Its a WIP as far as I remember.

Looking for an AU Sam/Dean Fic

I actually found this fic on this site while I was looking for something else. I swore I bookmarked it but now I cant find it.

Sam went to a witch I guess to find a way to save Dan. She says she'll help but he ha to give something up. He walks through a mirror and into a world where he finds that he and Dean aren't brothers. Dean and Jo are siblings and Sam is at Stanford where he has burn scars from trying to save Jess. He finds out that a demon (Meg) is after him and teams up with Dean(they end up in a relationship)_ . She catches up with them and several people end up dying including Jo, Ash, and Sam. Dean ends up going to the same witch and he has to give something up too. He and Sam end up brothers again.  I could go on but I'm hoping someone knows what I'm talking about. Thanks for your help!

Sam post-hell or mentally damaged (Specific fic and general request)

I'm looking for both a specific fic and just a general request.

1. The specific fic is a fic set after Sam returns from Hell, I think, and for some reason Dean and Sam go to see Missouri. It's from her POV and Sam has really bad PTSD as a result of Hell and she's sad to see how much he's changed. Dean is looking after him. That's all I can really remember.

2. Any fics where Sam is messed up after he returns from hell or is mentally broken somehow. I seriously think I've read most but worth a try.
