Found! Specific fic, suicidal Dean, On the Head of a Pin, coda
Hi,
I'm looking for a specific coda to On the Head of a Pin -- at least I'm pretty sure it's been written for that episode.
Set after episode: Dean sneaks out of the hospital room on to the hospital's roof. I'm pretty sure it was snowing or at least it was pretty cold and Dean was only wearing his hospital gown. He was still pretty out of it and stays there until a nurse finds him. The nurse feels guilty because he left the door unlocked after his last cigarette break and tries to convince Dean to get back inside without much of a fuss.
