Dean or Jensen mystery illness

I just read Audrarose's fantastic Not Moving Mountains and I was wondering if anyone had come across something similar. Can be gen or slash. I'm not picky. What I'm looking for is a fic (or fics) where Dean or Jensen is hurt or sick or in denial about some sort of physical or mental problem and doesn't realize it right away, or doesnt realze how serious it is. Examples:

1) and infection or illness that he is trying to hide such as in Sevenfist's Swing Low

2) an addiction to drugs or alcohol. Kimonkey's A Good Man is Hard to Find is a wonderful example.

3) an eating disorder such as in Felisblanco's In a Mirror Distorted and Indistinct

4) mental illness

Bonus points if there is some sort of intervention by Sam or Jared or Bobby or anyone really. Double bonus points if John is the one to uncover Dean's injury or illness.
