sam maks a deal, mary lives instead of john

I'm looking for three general fics

1) After ELAC Sam makes a deal with a crossroads demon, for either Mary, John, both(anyone else in the deal is a plus) and he succeeds.  I'd really also like to see everyone's reactions to being back and Sam being dead as well
2) John is the one who dies in the house fire, not Mary
3) Any time during the series John, Mary, Bobby or other friends/lovers come back from the dead

I'm currently reading Regrets (http://samdean.archive.nu/series.php?seriesid=95). It's a long 'verse and it's really good. It's very Sam-centric and has whumpage out the wazoo. I'm up to the third and longest part of the verse and I can't stop reading.

Synopsis: Sam refuses to allow the Crossroads Demon to have his brother.

Basically what it is is this: To save his brother from going to hell, Sam does a deal that has him sent back as his eighteen year old self so that he can kill the YED, change the future and have a second chance with his family and maybe, just maybe, get his happily ever after. But second chances don't always go the way you plan and Sam ends up more alone than he's ever been. He may have prevented John and Dean from being killed but will he lose them forever anyway?
