1) Specific:

I recall an unfinished (or abandoned) fic on AO3 that was about 20-25k long at the time I read it. IIRC, it was an A/B/O with an independent female!omega!Cas who worked at a store (or a gas station) and a non-jerk but raised "traditional alpha" Dean. At some point, Cas goes into heat at work, and for some reason Dean is the one on hand to take her home, and he chivalrously behaves himself, but once they get to Cas's place, she says she wants him to stay bc she confident and knows what she needs at the moment. The then-published text cut off soon after that.

I've been wanting to re-read it for ages, but can't seem to find it.

2) General:

Remember that broken nazi!Cas that our!Cas kills in Michael's AU world, in 13x22 Exodus? May be a long shot, but I'd really like to read fix-it/redemption fics for the poor guy. But I haven't seen any at all! What injustice.

I'm re-watching season 6 and it is startling how aggresively intolerant the Winchesters were to Cas. Not only did they use him pretty selfishly (along with Bobby, yeesh) and barely ever bothered to say 'please' or 'thank you', they were demanding, arrogant and entitled to boot.

Are there are fics where they don't go straight for the threats? The 'what are you doing? Tell us! Stop doing that or else we'll put you down' rhetoric?

I'm especially interested in ones where Sam is the mediating factor (just 'cause it seems like he was in the best position to understand) and not interested in Destiel at all, thank you.

I'm browsing the tags but I hope someone can point me in the right direction.

1. I would like any fics dealing with Sam's declaration to Dean at the end of The Purge ("Same circumstances, no I wouldn't.")


2. Sam's POV 09x23 up to the moment he decides to summon Crowley. Bonus points if it includes his reaction to waking up on the side of the road and then realizing he 'lied' about being ok with all this.

3. I know about spn-epific on LJ - are there any other episode-fic rec sites or lists?

So, in Lazarus Rising, Castiel pulls Dean out of Hell four months after his death. In Mystery Spot, Sam catches up to the Trickster six months after Dean's semi-permanent-death. 

I'm looking for a fic more or less combining two episodes, with Cas rescuing Dean from Hell while Sam is still hunting for the Trickster; they'd then have to deal with a semi-dark!Sam (as seen in Mystery Spot) and the general aftermath of that episode. while simultaneously trying to do something about the Apocalypse.
