Sam and Dean were together but Dean cheated and broke Sam's heart. Sam left and had a really hard time — ended up working in a bar and was very depressed. Dean's one night stand had a baby boy and was giving him up for adoption. Dean found him and kept him. He was struggling with the baby but doing his best (baby was Mikey). Boys got back together somehow and Sam wrote a book about his awful time when they were apart. The book became a huge success and the boys were very wealthy. (Sam becomes a model later on).This is only the START of an enormous story that was written over several years. It becomes very au with Mary coming back from the dead, John having a demon-second wife, other children being born etc. It was a fantastic story but I can't remember the author. Would be very happy to find it again.

I used to have a copy of the podfic of leonidaslion's "Bright Lights of Disturbia" ages ago, but somehow lost it :( It was massively long (38+ hours or something), read by blackbyrdy. It's not on audiofic.jinjurly.com anymore. Does anyone know where I can get a copy?

I am looking for bottom Jensen stories, or ones where they switch but are predominantly bottom Jensen,
I used to be an avid fanfic reader but kind of tapered off about 2010. I have started rewatching Supernatural from the beginning and have fallen back in love.
I like, longer, plotty, angsty fic. Werewolves, ABO dynamics. Adultery. Fics with scarred characters or characters with a disability, carrier fics. I am rereading a lot of my faves (if they haven't been deleted) so rec any and all to me please.
One particular fic I am looking for was a WIP, Jensen was a carrier and was sent to live with Jeff and Jared. Jared didn't like Jensen initially as he had previously been married and his husband had absconded with their carrier. He warmed to Jensen and the last part I read Jared was enrolling Jensen in college. There hadn't been any sexual interaction between Jensen and Jeff at this stage.

I've been rereading the Suite 'Verse and I seem to recall another evil Sam 'verse that I was reading. I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I would have read it back around 2008-2011. It was a long verse and I remember the index page had lots of chapter titles that hadn't be written yet so were greyed out. It was very dark, consort Dean in a hopeless situation. My memory is sketchy so any help appreciated.
Please also rec any evil Sam stories. I particularly like long plotty stories.

Hey everyone,
So today I'm interested in reading stories that go into detail about why exactly Jesus is never mentioned or featured in the show. I've always thought it was really weird that during what was almost a full blown apocalypse he was never even idly mentioned as a possible solution to fixing things. The fic can be any pairings, length, etc so long as this theme is mentioned somewhere in it.

I'm looking for a story I read years ago, probably around the 2011-2013 range. I remember it being really long, but I'm not certain if it was 100k words (which I thought was A LOT back then) or 500k words. It started off after the events of Season 5 probably (although I could be wrong). It started off with Dean being in a really bad place (because Sam was sent to the cage with Lucifer?) and drinking a lot. At some point Castiel and later Michael show up and help comfort Dean. Dean and Michael talk, and Dean eventually is willing to say yes. When Michael possesses Dean, it's like Dean is in the backseat and can still see/hear everything with the same senses that Michael has (including being able to see wings the faces of an angel).
When not possessing Dean, I think Michael was possessing some dead/comatized aunt?

Hi guys so I've been searching all over for any fics with a cult being the central part of the story. Long/epic fics are preferred but any length is okay. I don't care who's involved or what ship it's for (gen is fine too!).
I'd prefer if the characters in the story were an actual part of the cult in some way (they were raised in it and tried to leave, etc.) instead of being kidnapped. But I'd even be okay with that if Stockholm syndrome was involved?
Anyway just give me anything you got that has cults in it and I'm sure I'll love it :)!

After a long hiatus away from supernatural fanfiction, I have again ran out things to read (That is my curse okay)
Any pairing.
Completed would be nice.
Crossovers are also good.
- Long/Epic Length fics would be awesome. SO if you have any send them my way.
- Fix it fics would be golden. Just the boys solving problems and taking names before they pop up.
- BAMF, I need BAMF to live okay and I feel like I have read ever BAMF in SPN so like if you have one send it my way and if Gabriel is willing, it will be on I haven't read.
- Sam being a parent (like to any of the kids they met in series or not) is adorable so like feed me the feels.
- Also some angst/hurt comfort, (omg the writer is horrible to the character) to balance out the fluff and bamfery would be awesome.
Any pairing.

If not Dean POV then a clearly pining Dean where Sam isn't making a move. The longer the better and angst and pining slow builds would be awesome.

Hello! Been looking for these fics for a while and finally got up the courage to post.
1. This one is a Destiel AU in which Dean is really close friends with Cas and they both are mutually pining for each other and Dean is under a lot of stress mostly due to John. Dean is working in Bobby's shop and since he's so stressed out he gets careless and ends up being pinned under a car or large toolbox. He is found by Bobby and taken to the hospital. When he wakes up in the hospital he has amnesia and doesn't remember anyone, but he definitely knows he's attracted to Cas and wonders if he's his boyfriend. Dean eventually gets his memory back, tries to deny his feelings, but eventually gives into them and it's a happy ending.

Hello!!! So my favorite kind of fics to read are the really really long ones with really slow builds and angst and schmoop and everything. So if anyone has any favorite long fics (by long I mean like over 50k please) that they'd recommend to me... any story or side ships is fine as long as the main ship is j2/wincest. I'm dying to read again an old fic I lost and cannot for the life of me find on google
- it was eventually Sam/Dean
- teen!Sam is kidnapped, tortured and rape by a supernatural creature
- Dean and John never knew he was kidnapped
- Sam is let go by the creature with a curse written in his inner thigh (or something like that I'm not sure) that cause him to constantly seek pain and sex and to be unable to say no
- to break the curse he has to find someone that knows about the curse and love him nonetheless but he can't reveal to anyone what happened
- I remember Sam had sex with a teacher, kissed for the first time a class mate, and met Jen in a bdsm club
- Dean finds out about the curse thanks to the ghost of another victim of the same creature

So literally years ago I read a fic wherein Jensen and Jared spend (I think) a summer together at some kind of sport camp? If I remember correctly Jensen played lacrosse and Jared played soccer. They become friends and I think more if I remember correctly.
Also, Jared only wanted to be called JT and no one at the camp knew him as Jared.
At the end of the summer (?) one of them gives the other their number on a piece of paper and they lose it and it's a sad time.
Then they end up at the same college or something and reconnect and then proper relationship.
I'm dying to read this again so if anyone knows wtf I'm talking about please help <3

I wasn't aware that this huge and amazing novel was a podfic until recently, it was read by blackbyrdy and written by leonidaslion. A Sam/Dean story.
It appears all links are dead (here) and that the podfic archive does not have it (access denied when you click its link).

This was from years and years ago. It was epically long and I believe updated daily. Written by a guy. They settled down and had a bunch of kids. I think eventually came out to people about being together. Anyone have any clue what I'm thinking of?

Hi, so in less than seven days im going on vacation and i will not have wifi or any way to go on the internet so im looking for long (10k plus, but if you think it so good you have to rec then gk right ahead) stories that happen to be well written and in character. I dont care about plot as long as it's not wincest, dean/jo, dean/lisa, dean/carmen. Hint favorite pairing is Destiel but will read other things (no pairing works for me as well). If you have crossovers i will also take them. If you happen to stumble upon a John Winchester/ Hermione Granger i will love you forever even more so if its complete. Oh yeah no Dean bashing at all. I love Dean. I also do not like reading bottom Dean dont care if it is implied though.

I'm on the hunt for fics that do NOT contain dub-con/non-con, torture, abuse, gore, suicidal themes, drugs, serious illness, slavery... anything too graphic or distrubing. I keep starting all these promising lengthy fics regardless of the warnings and then get way more than I bargained for. Some of it seems gratuitous. Are there any really long fics out there that are at least sort of upbeat or family-friendly? Wincest and other detailed romances are fine, those aren't the kind of disturbing things I mean. I'm just looking for fics that bring me up, happiness, or at least fics that aren't ultra dark and depressing.

I'm in desperate need of Dean-centric longfic, as stated above. I'll take anything over 20k words, the longer the better.
However, what I'm looking for is something with what I call convincing "Dean-voice", by which I mean it can be angsty, but not JUST angsty. It can be sad, but not JUST sad. It can contain Dean!whump, but Dean is still in character, meaning he'll mouth off, swear, call people names. Sam can be in the story or not, but Dean can NOT JUST be worried about Sam. There has to be brotherly banter, by which I mean Dean annoys the Hell out of Sam.
A few writers who did that kind of thing areroque_clasique, rockpaperscissor, chrissie0707 or silver ruffian on ff.net.
I know there are brilliant Dean centric longfic out there (gaelicspirit for instance), which I love, but that's not what I'm looking for right now.

I'm looking for any and all fics where one of the boys pushes the other until he breaks. Like there's that one moment where all the crap that the other has put them through comes to a head and you can actually feel them break. Where B1 just completely decimates B2, rips their heart out and stomps on it. Egs to show what I mean, hopefully you'll know them and get what I mean:
Waves, where Dean has a bunch of internalised homophobia and denies Cas continuously and the moment where Cas kisses Dean in front of his friends and Dean screams at him that he's a fa**ot.
And This Is Enough where Dean is cheating on his wife with Cas and they finally make love and that moment where Dean has to leave straight away and Cas' heart is smashed to pieces.
Getting Lucky, where Jared wants Jensen to experience sex with someone who cares and the moment when Jensen tells Jared to just shut up and f*ck him already.
Failure To Communicate, where Jensen has been doing a bunch of nasty stuff to force a divorce out of Jared and that moment where the last thing he does pushed Jared over the edge and he signs the papers.
I hope that kind of gets it across. The fics where you almost feel your heart breaks with them at the straw that broke the camel's back. All pairings are great, I'm good with non-con and dubcon, and even domestic violence from one boy to another, but happy endings only please! :-)

I'm looking for an extremely long fic in which Dean, working as a barista or something similar, is attracted to Castiel who is often in the coffee shop reading. Dean thinks he's a teacher, but one day when Cas leaves his book behind Dean heads to the college to return it (with his telephone number inside) and discovers he's actually a student.
He then refuses to do anything about the attraction due to the age difference but still befriends Cas, who ends up moving in with him & Sam, & taking over their living room as they don't have a spare bedroom which doesn't impress Lisa, who Dean has started dating. Eventually Dean & Lisa break up but Dean is a bit wary of relationships so he doesn't ask Cas out.
However there is a movie night, which ends up being a porn night, which ends in Dean offering to 'help out' Cas (who I think fell somewhere on the asexual spectrum) & they end up in a friends with benefits arrangement for quite some time as they explore Cas's sexuality.
Eventally, of course, there is an admittance of feelings and they officially get together. There was also a sequel written from Cas's pov which may have been a wip.
I'm all googled out trying to look for this, can anyone help me out?

It's me again, I've been going back over stories I loved and I can't find this one.
I remember that it was a very famous story and I reckon at least 5 years old. I think it is a one word title beginning with C (like Compliance) or something. It was hugely long, about 50k and one of the J's ran a long con on the other one. My memory is so sketchy I can't remember which was which. It did not have a happy ending. I put off reading it for sometime because I have to be in the right mood for a less than happy ending.
I think in it one of the J's (Jensen?) met and seduced Jared on a cruise and then fleeced him for money later. The ending had something to do with a champagne bottle, Yeah it's all a bit of a blur.
If anyone can help I would be very grateful.

I'm looking to re-read a long series of fic. The main fic was dean/cas in the future after some type of apocalypse type-thing. Dean and Cas had a farm house outside of a small town and were raising Ben Braeden (possibly Dean had tried to save Ben and Lisa, but Lisa died under a collapsed staircase, that might be a different story, though). Gas and medicines are at a premium, so Baby is only brought out for special occasions while Dean does small jobs around town and small hunt jobs in the local area. Dean may have had a leg/knee injury. A couple of kids are taken in by Dean and Cas (one was dropped off by her dad in a station wagon because it was wasteful to feed a girl, he kept his sons and left her behind) and Sam shows up and stays, there are issues between him and Dean and him and Ben. Eventually in the series Sam and Dean make up, Sam dates and marries a local girl and things aren't so bad. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hey everyone!
So I've just finished Sharlot's Jai Guru Deva Om and I love the story sooooo much!! So I'm in the mood to read something like that more, any epic-length fic that I can soak myself in. So would you please rec me some srsly long fic featuring Dean as the centre of the story?
Preferably Gen, but slash is OK as long as Dean is the bottom.
Bonus if there's a hurt/sick Dean :) (but plz no major hurt/sick other characters)

So, I'm moving and will be without internet for a while so I'm looking for long (at least 20k) stories that I can save as a screen shot or download. I'm looking for Dean/Jensen centric fics. Preferably slash with him as the bottom but gen is ok too. I don't like drugs or slavery. Angst is good but I need a happy ending. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Hi, all! I'm looking for two types of fics. Overall, I'm not a Destiel fan, but I'm sure some people are, so feel free to mention those too. I also preffer bottom!Sam or Jared.
1. Stanford or college fics, prefferably long. Fics that briefly take place at a college are okay (lots of stories start like that), but I'm more looking for fics where Sam is continuously attending college throughout the fic. Ideally, I'd love a student!Sam/professor!Dean fic or perhaps one where they're both attending college. I've read the Homework 'verse by nyxocity and it was fantastic, but it's more erotic than what I'm looking for right now and takes place in high school, not college. Anyway, a college/university campus setting would be adored! These fics don't need to be light, but it'd be nice.
2. I love to read long fics and verses that keep me busy for days and days, but they're all SO angsty, rated NC-17 for dub-con, non-con, and/or torture, or A/B/O which I don't like. I don't want a BDSM fic every minute of every day. Sometimes I just want a light-hearted fic (or somewhat humorous at least) that doesn't involve a chronic illness or rape trauma. I don't need puppies and rainbows, but I'd like something light-hearted. Pet peeve: a zillion characters who chat about nothing. But whatever you have, I'll give it a shot.

There were three fics that I read at various points in time and despite combing through my bookmarks, I can't seem to find them (probably because I have too many bookmarks...).
Anyway, the first was a Destiel fic alternate season 4/5 sorta deal. At some point, it's revealed that Dean is God or something of the sort and he has to seal the gates of heaven to stop the Apocalypse. There's a scene in the end where he's about to sacrifice himself and he's telling Cas to let all the angels know that he's closing the gates for good and whoever wants out of Heaven needs to go now. Cas figures out that he plans on dying to finish his mission and begs him to "let it go" (but i don't remember what 'it' was in this fic).
The second story is also Destiel, I think. Dean and Sam were hunting something in the beginning of the story and Dean's supposed to be protecting Grace (or something - I'm fuzzy on the details) and ends up swallowing it, thus gaining all sorts of powers and whatnot? That's all I really remember for that one.
The final one is Wincest non-con. Apparently the author wasn't a big Wincest fan but was tasked with writing a Wincest fic anyway and wrote one where Sam was possessed and rapes Dean. The story opens, I believe, with Sam handcuffed to the bed by Dean but he doesn't remember why or what happened. Dean's skittish and uncomfortable around Sam (as one would imagine) but still hunts with him. I think Sam figures out what he's done once he sees bruises on some part of Dean's body. I believe there also may have been a sequel? Pretty sure I read this one on ff.net. (And it's not the story where Sam and John were possessed and raped Dean as Hands and Fist under Dick Roman's control.)

Sometimes I read awesome stories on LiveJournal that have no AO3 link or PDFs. I could copy and paste everything into a Word document and create my own PDFs, but I figured I'd ask around about a few specific fics first and maybe even find some gems... and if anyone knows how to download ff.net fics, that would be amazing. Reading them is great, but sometimes authors delete their own work. I've been collecting my favorite fics lately to ensure I can always read them.
1. I'm looking for the PDF of Instinct by highermagic. Or an AO3 link.
2. Anything by K Hanna Korossy or KKBELVIS, two of my favorite authors. I love love love their stories, but I can't find PDFs anywhere.
3. What is Always and Everywhere by portraitofafool, an apocalyptic AU in which Sam is a werewolf gladiator and Dean is crossing the country in search of him.

The first story in the series was called North and further stories were called - South, East and West.
They were fantastic stories set around defeating Lucifer and what happened in the aftermath. If anyone can help me find these stories or has a copy of them I would be extremely grateful.

I am looking for help from all you wonderful people out there to recomend some awesome fics. This is a general search for really good, long fics (at least 60K + words please). I am going on a long trip for the holiday and need something new to read. I have gone through a lot of amazing fics and verses, but they have been generally short. So I am looking for somethign that will keep me reading for hours!
I am cool with both Supernatural fics and Supernatural RPF and even cross overs. Any gene is cool to, and can be gen or slash but please no femslash unless it's in the background or a side character not a main part. Just please anything that is well written that is over 60K words. Pass along your favorites or self recs.

I feel like I've read all the good fan fics out there- I need help!
I'm looking for well-written multi-chapter, angsty, hurt!Dean fics with lots of brotherly love (AUs are my favorite- I like plot twists that take me by surprise!)

so the fanfic im locking 4 starts with cas at a lagoon and dean coming over to him
i remember that cas thinks that dean is going to fight with him cause even though they r both angels they fight 4 different partys
like there are no humans but angels with just 1Wing (or wingpair)
and lucifer coruptet them and made them his army and gabriel (or maybe balthazar though that possibility is like 3%) took the other "lower angels" and banfrt them together and sam and dean are his generals and cas fights in michaels troops and they r fighting over who gets heaven
anyway dean is like in love with cas and is trying 2 court him but cas hasnt noticed that and is prepared 2 fight but dean just jokes with him
i also remember that cas wings r black or charcoal and gabriels r red
and that sam is together with gabriel and i think there is even a flashback gabriel has 2 a talk with god when he gave him a lolypop and started gabriels sweettooth
also its either a realy song fic or a series though i lean more towards series
anyway loocking 4 this has been driving me crazy cause it is a couple of years old at least 2 and ive been loocking 4 at least 6 months and google has let me down on this count (but i found some other cool stuff)

anyway dean is like in love with cas and is trying 2 court him but cas hasnt noticed that and is prepared 2 fight but dean just jokes with him
i also remember that cas wings r black or charcoal and gabriels r red
and that sam is together with gabriel and i think there is even a flashback gabriel has 2 a talk with god when he gave him a lolypop and started gabriels sweettooth
also its either a realy song fic or a series though i lean more towards series
anyway loocking 4 this has been driving me crazy cause it is a couple of years old at least 2 and ive been loocking 4 at least 6 months and google has let me down on this count (but i found some other cool stuff)
and i know Eve was not yet in the show but i cant remember if it lucifer was already trying 2 get sam 2 b his vessel and it was ignored or if he wasnt yet released so i dont know where in the cronicles it should b
