Two Searches: Stanford Fics and Light-hearted Fics  
Hi, all! I'm looking for two types of fics. Overall, I'm not a Destiel fan, but I'm sure some people are, so feel free to mention those too. I also preffer bottom!Sam or Jared.

1. Stanford or college fics, prefferably long. Fics that briefly take place at a college are okay (lots of stories start like that), but I'm more looking for fics where Sam is continuously attending college throughout the fic. Ideally, I'd love a student!Sam/professor!Dean fic or perhaps one where they're both attending college. I've read the Homework 'verse by nyxocity and it was fantastic, but it's more erotic than what I'm looking for right now and takes place in high school, not college. Anyway, a college/university campus setting would be adored! These fics don't need to be light, but it'd be nice.

2. I love to read long fics and verses that keep me busy for days and days, but they're all SO angsty, rated NC-17 for dub-con, non-con, and/or torture, or A/B/O which I don't like. I don't want a BDSM fic every minute of every day. Sometimes I just want a light-hearted fic (or somewhat humorous at least) that doesn't involve a chronic illness or rape trauma. I don't need puppies and rainbows, but I'd like something light-hearted. Pet peeve: a zillion characters who chat about nothing. But whatever you have, I'll give it a shot.

AU. College is not what Jared had imagined. Instead of happy days with Chad and his friends, there's just Jared - alone in Bumfuck, Nowheresville, while Chad's living it up in California. Lonely and playing too much World of Warcraft, Jared decides to be proactive, get himself out of the socially awkward rut he's gotten stuck in, and find himself a roommate. 29k.

I never noticed how angsty most longfics were until I started looking through my tags. The only other thing I can think of is shangrilada's Sammyverse (http://shangrilada.livejournal.com/tag/sammyverse), which you might have come across before. It's sort of like canonverse, except if Sam suffered from lifelong asthma instead, which sounds sort of depressing, but can get ridiculously fluffy. Shangrilada also writes Dean's snark really well, so its awesomeness all around. She also tags for angst levels, so you can sift through the low-angst ones? :) Sam's Been a Good Little Worker Bee (http://shangrilada.livejournal.com/16803.html) is the first in the series, and absolutely adorable.

Awww, the disney one was so cute. Although it's sad how much it reminded me of my own mindset whenever I visit theme parks. I have anxiety, so I'm always scoping out a ride before getting in line, trying to decide if it's too enclosed or will have me strapped into the seat too long. *Sigh* But you're right. Adorable. :)

Alien (http://brightly-lit.livejournal.com/5176.html) by brightly_lit is one of my favorite Stanford fics, but it does get a little angsty (not rape or chronic illness levels of angst, just Sam settling into a weird new life angst).

The Time Dean was Sam's Girlfriend (http://fleshflutter.livejournal.com/5457.html) by fleshflutter is a really fun stanford-era, first-time Wincest casefic. I can't remember if there's any explicit sex, and, if so, who tops or bottoms.

For your #2 request, have you seen Funnies (http://archiveofourown.org/works/1567235/chapters/3325892) by pissedoffeskimo? It's a kinda cracky retelling of S1-S6 with wincest. Switching!boys. Cracks me up every time I read it. Along those lines, saone's Killer Romance (http://archiveofourown.org/works/914241/chapters/1772338) series is a J2 crime lord verse. I think it's top!Jared, but that's not really the focus. It's super funny. There's also the Anti-kink (http://archiveofourown.org/series/68006) series for a little humor in your wincest.
