Hey guys I'm looking for fics where Dean and Sam or just Dean find out about Adam pre-series
Maybe with Dean telling John he's not raising another one of his kids or just being bitter that he has to but loves Adam anyway and develops that same parental bond he has with Sam como season 1.

a) Jump the Shark: Dean being supper hurt/angry/resentful/raging about how Adam got to grow up normal and do good fun father/son things and Dean was left behind to be the good soldier, to raise Sam and basically be forgotten as John's son.

b) Jo finds out about Dean/Castiel.

So I am very very late and just now getting through watching the end of Season Four (that is what a summer with dialup internet will do to you), so I have a lot of catching up to do in the fic realm! So can I get some recs (codas, fill in scenes, AUs, longer stories based on, whatever) for:

- It's a Terrible Life (Smith/Wesson is fine, but no Wincest)

- The Monster at the End of this Book (particularly anything with more Chuck)

- Jump the Shark (both canon-compliant and AU where Adam lives)

I'm interested in how John looked at and acted around the boys, knowing he had another kid, and especially how he was with Dean after being away for a while to visit Adam.

Anything with Adam in please. Can be ghoul!Adam if you like, but I'd love love love some AU fics where he wasn't a ghoul in "Jump the Shark", but their real brother.

One-shots or epic! tales of how his inclusion in the family changes the dynamic between our boys, but ultimately for the better. Basically whatever you have, I want to read it!

Double points if there are any fics out there where they introduce him to Bobby, because wouldn't that be awesomely awkward!!

Anyways, yeah, I'm not too fussed about what pairings or plot points are included, all I really care about is the fact that Adam is in it. Any help to find me some fics will be greatly appreciated :D

Are there any stories where Dean & Sam find out about Adam while John is still alive (doesn't matter if they found out earlier or John just didn't die) and they confront him about it? Preferably Adam is alive.

I just felt that all the issues from this episode weren't really dealt with much in the episode itself, like John not telling them about Adam (isn't that just typical John?), taking time away from hunting for fun with Adam like he never did for Dean & Sam.
