It's a one shot with Sam and Dean going on a road trip to see all the 'biggest things' in the US ie ball of twin, dinosaurs, etc, and then they notice that there is no one around. They end up in a hotel room and the world keeps getting smaller and smaller on them and it's actually Sam in some kind of bubble. And I THINK Dean pulls him out of it.
