I'm trying to find a Jared/Jensen fic I read quite a while ago. I don't remember the name or author but I do rememeber it has Jensen alone initially. Jared then stumbles into his shelter and they hole up together until one day, Jared comes back from a supply run and Jensen finds out Jared got bitten.

Jared eventually turns into a zombo and Jensen is heartbroken and eventually ties Jared up on a mattress to restrain him before having sex with him (can't rememeber if it was once or multiple times). I think the end had Jensen realizing Jared seemed like he started understanding him and that Jared might somehow turning back into a human again.

The basic gist of the story is that Dean, Sam, and Cas are all in high school. The Zombie Apocoalyspe happens and Sam and Dean come to rescue Cas.

It’s hinted that Sam and Dean are some kind of hunters. Everyone is human except the Zombies. Sam, Dean, and Cas end up at some kind of research facility and Charlie is there (maybe Ash?). Eventual Dean/Cas.

I want to say there are several chapters, or maybe a couple of separate stories. Maybe altogether 30k words?

Does this ring a bell for anyone?

Hey I'm looking for a story I read a while back and can't remember the title, author, or where I read it. I think Sam and Dean were staying at a bed and breakfast type place and Sam makes a wish that his brother would listen to him. Then there is a scene where I think sam is drunk or otherwise impaired and wrecks the implala and his bag of skittles goes flying everywhere. I think there might have been a zombie horde involved at the end? Thats about all I remember. I'm not sure if it's gen or wincest. Its not a lot to go on but if someone could help me out I would appreciate it.

After rereading I have updated the tags

So, it's Real People Fiction (I can't recall if it was slash or not; I don't think it was) and it's set in a post-apocalypse (I think zombies; the settlement/camp reminded me of The Walking Dead).

It had a rather wistful/sad tone to it.

Starts out with Jensen's POV and nobody knows he used to be an actor on a show called Supernatural, although I think someone realizes he's the model on a burnt/destroyed billboard watch advertisement. He's like "that was a long time ago" or something. You also find out his family perished during the outbreak & he's just pretty miserable/unsure why he's even still trying to stay alive.

Scouts of his camp/settlement alert everyone there's a band of survivors approaching, and Jensen always hopes/prays it's someone he knows.

I'm pretty sure the climax of the story is just that the band of survivors includes Jared Padalecki (whose family also perished) and they hug it out & cry.

There might be a little bit more after that... describing how meeting each other pulled them both back from the edge & became more personable with others as well as better contributors to the community, but I think that's it.

It was pretty short, but the scene where Jensen recognizes Jared was friggin great. I'd love to give it a reread.

Also, after checking with /r/fandomnatural on Reddit, it seems like When the World Ends; That Is When We Begin by TruelyEsoteric might be the fic I'm thinking of, but the details seem off: Jared was alone when he arrived at the camp, Jensen didn't have a surrogate daughter, & I don't think it was slash.

Alright, so I've just updated my movie remake comm spnremakes and it made me want to start another project.  So, i'm putting together a master list of all the amazing science fiction stories that our fandom has created. Apocalypse, Alternatre Histories, Zombies, Superheros/Powered up boys, time travel, Aliens... whatever fits in the sci-fi realm.   I've gone through every list, comm, and author that I know writes sci-fi but I don't want to miss anything!  So, please rec me any and all sci fi!!  Any pairing, SPN or RPF, any rating!  If you have a great rec list, or know an author who writes a lot of sci-fi, lead me their way!!   There can be crossovers, but the story needs to have one of the SPN/RP characters as a main character.

So I've been really getting into the whole end of the world thing (thank you the walking dead), and I thought want's better than a few j2/wincest zombie fics?

1) I'm looking for those really good long J2 fics around that idea. Dean/Sam are welcomed as well, wincest is a plus.

2) a specific search about a j2 apocalypse fic I read a really long time ago. I believe it stars with jensen and that j2 has split up somehow, and jensen is kind of a leader? I remember one scene that every time new people came jensen always looked if jared was with them until he finally was. It wasn't a long story, no more than 3 parts.

I've been searching and searching for this fic (lost in the bowels of my computer), it was a WIP last I checked (year or more ago?) Hopefully y'all can help me!

Dean and others are fighting against a demonic apocalypse. A zombie disease is wiping out people everywhere-Dean is affected and becomes a full-out zombie. I think he kills some Hunters (maybe Jo?) who don't realize he's been zombie-fied. He becomes a mindless killer, part of the zombie hoard. However, something happens and he recovers, still looking like a zombie but now in control, and begins to remember stuff from his non-zombie life. His recovery is taken as a sign of hope by some of the uninfected, but demons and zombies are still run around, killing people and endangering Dean. Dean is trying to figure out what the heck happened to him and the world while he zombied-out and his possible role in stopping the apocalypse...can't remember where Sam fit in with all of this.

That's all I remember, ring a bell with anyone? I'd be so grateful if you'd direct me to what hopefully is a now completed fic. Thanks!

Hey guys, I'm looking for a fic in which J2 were both criminals(serial killers maybe). Jensen was caught and sent to prison but Jared managed to rescued him, so now they needed to escape to Maxico. On their way, J2 kidnapped Chad & his friends as hostages and idk they might have killed some of them.
I've forgot how zombies(or some monsters alike) were brought into the whole plot, but in the end J2 & Chad fought against zombies together.

Does it ring any bells? If someone knows about this fic please let me know!

There was an amazing zombie apocalypse mpreg where Dean was pregnant and gave birth to a boy. Dean did not grow attached to the baby until one day the baby became so sick he thought it would die.

Fast foreward and the baby is now a toddler. Dean and the family (I still have no idea what the pairing is in this fic) settle down in an abandoned house. Zombies attack and bite the toddler, and there's a heartwrenching wait to see if the boy survives (not sure if he does).

Any ideas? I'm like 97% sure I have the right fandom/characters.

I'm new to fandom, and right now I'm just exploring and getting a feel for it. I kind of feel like I'm abusing the comm for asking this (because it's storyFIDNERS, not storyWEDELIVER), but I'd like to know if anybody could help me with these:

1) I'm looking for zombie AUs/5.04 AUs. I just saw SPN's 5.04 and now I'm dying for fics along that line! Croats, gooey, ugly, rotting corpses, anything! (I've also heard about a fic where Sam stumbles into 5.04 Dean's camp wearing Lucifer's white suit; if somebody knows which one I'm talking about, I'd love to read it!)

2) I'm also looking for reality-hopping AUs that center on the brothers.

I'm willing to try anything for pairings; jump into stuff with an open mind, if you will. Dean/Cas doesn't seem to be my cup of tea so far, though.

In the fic, J2 and the gang play Humans Vs. Zombies at their college campus, and Jensen(I think) ends up getting really really into it, to the point where he was kind of going a little crazy.

Hello, everyone!  It feels like it's been forever since the last time I posted here, and I'm craving some excellent fic. First of all, I'd like to note that for all the requests that follow, I'm looking for quality writing. Really, really high quality writing. Even if it fits my request perfectly, I don't want it if it's cringe-worthy and OOC. Moving on, thanks in advance for the help! I appreciate it!

1. I'd love some medium to long (in length) case fics with Team Free Will. I'm not really looking for porny slash, but I'd love some slashy-gen/pre-slash action between Dean and Castiel. I'd be thrilled if the fic not only focused on the case, but on the dynamics between characters.

2. This is a take on #1, as I'm looking for some general slashy-gen/pre-slash Dean and Castiel fics. Anything that has some (not porny) handprint action or that focuses on Cas's personal space issue with Dean would be fantastic, as would humor. Yes, I have looked through previous posts; I'm just not quite content yet. 

3. I'm looking for something where Cas hurts Dean unintentionally. Maybe he forgets how fragile humans are, or he's just really really pissed 'cause Dean's an asshole.

4. Any fic where Dean and Cas (and Sam too, if you've got it) are stuck somewhere - I don';t know, in a freezer or a collapsed building or something - or are waiting out a storm or some other kind of hazard together. Or, you know, zombies. Cas can't or won't leave for whatever reason, and there's some bonding (h/c perhaps, if applicable?). No porn, please, I'd prefer gen or pre-slash. If it's got vibes that's cool though.

I'm looking for any SPN fics in which the character Doc Benton from episode 3x15 makes an appearance.

I've already read "Carrion men" by mamapranayama, so anything like it would be great. The boys could go up against him again, or someone could use his method of obtaining immortality and Sam and Dean need to put an end to it, or maybe even one of the boys uses it. It doesn't matter, as long as Doc Benton is a part of it.

1. I recently read Ratherastory's "Writing on the Wall" and have been in a real mood to read some good zombie!fic. Basically, anything where the Winchesters are fighting zombies (case-fic, zombie apocalypse, crossovers, etc). 

2. I'd also like to read fic where there's some heavy Winchester/civilian interaction. Preferably where they have to protect a group of people, but I won't be picky. Also, case-fic is love. 

3. I asked before, but no one replied, so. Fics where Sam and Dean have to work alongside other hunters for whatever reason. Bonus for BAMF!Winchesters.
