Im looking for a specific story where Dean discovers some kind of partially supernatural Hunters heritage, and goes on to steal a lot of books and artefacts.
Sam is at Stanford.
John is hit with some kind of rage curse and puts Dean in the hospital, then has to leave him at the Roadhouse.
Dean and Sam go on a cruise.
I think Sams friend Brady gets posessed, and his friends are introduced to the hunting world.
Sam qnd Dean encounter 'wolf' super hunters while hunting the wendigo.
I think it was time travel and an oracle helped dean, and satan cursed him to become the purest version of himself, but because hes actually a decent person it helps him instead of turning him evil.
Subtle slow-burn Dean/OMC, where the OMC is a rich, borderline immortal leader of a group of 'wolves' who arent actually werewolves exactly, but hunt all kinds of thjngs. However, they dont know about demons, so OMC has Dean explain them to him. They dont take it well, but the OMC is siding with Dean, and hes the leader, so the rest have to fall in line.
Dean has a lot of scars from when John attacked him, so he feels self-concious.
Sam is kind of a brat sometimes.
John is a jerk but Dean still loves him.
Dean makes a huge amount of money, betting online I think it was.
Dean is also a cardshark and cleans out even the wolves at poker in Vegas.
Anyway, I cant find it anywhere and its my absolute favorite story, so please, please let me know if you have a copy or know its name or author.

Erm, so Wendigo is my favorite episode and the part that always makes me think "oh this would be so cool if it really happened'' is the bear trap scene, ya know where Roy stops Dean from stepping into a bear trap.... so, I'm wondering if there are ANY stories out there where Dean steps into that bear trap!
OR
ANY story where Sam OR Dean steps in a bear trap OR any other kinda animal trap, so the stories don't even have to be related to Wendigo ep!

NO DEATH!FICS, NO WIP's, self rec is awesome, NO WINCEST (I just want the boys to be brothers and nothing else)! And I did check the Wendigo tag here and found nothing.

So I was watching "Wendigo" last week and remembered a fic a read six or so months ago, in it Sam and Dean are hunting a Wendigo but there ends up being two of them.
I think the Wendigos might have been brothers.
Sam and Dean are hurt, Sam very badly, they are found by an Indian who might have gone out to hunt the Wendigo. He makes something to drag Sam on and takes them to the doctor...and that's about it:)

Hope someone knows what I'm talking about.

I could have sworn I saw this same request her at one time or another, but I can't seem to find it. In celebration of the new season and the release of Season 3 on DVD I have been watching all the eps from the pilot forward. Anyways, it got me in the mood for some Wendigo fic where Dean is hurt more than he lets on and hids it from Sam until Sam finds out and than takes care of him. I prefer Wincest, but will also read Gen.

Just finished watching the ep and I don't see a tag for them.  Anybody have any recs? I'd love to read one that takes place in the woods the first night, or immediately after the ep. I love the way Sam looks at Dean and says "I'm driving" at the end. My thanks in advance....
