Looking for a specific Dean/Cas fic told from Sam’s POV. Sam, Dean, and Cas live in a house together and Dean and Cas are a couple. Sam meets a girl and at some point tells her that D/C are both his brothers. She’s a neighbor and sees D/C cuddling in their backyard and thinks there’s an incest thing going on and she tells Sam she can’t be friends anymore. Sam explains things and everything is okay again. Help?

I'm looking for a story I read several years back. The boys were from the same hometown and had been a couple since 'forever'. They came to LA to chase their acting dream. The story opens with Jensen and Jared in bed getting a call from their agent about landing Supernatural.

Trouble starts when Jared feels that he should hide his sexuality and play it straight. Jensen doesn't want to hide who he is and who he loves. They end up breaking up and Jensen starts dating Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Jared starts to date a beard. Much angst ensues and Jared realizes what he lost and all ends up happy. I believe this all took place during season one and is a pretty long story, but it's been a while since I've read it so I may be wrong.

The elements I'm sure on are Jared and Jensen being together before moving to LA, living together when they get the gig, Jensen dating JDM and Jared trying to play it straight.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Hi, I've been searching around for this story but can't find it, and I hope you all can help me.

It's a non-AU J2 story that starts just before the filming of the SPN pilot. Jensen *hates* Jared because of something he thinks Jared did to Megan and can't believe they're going to be working together; Jared has no idea why Jensen hates him so much. The network ends up putting a clause in their contracts that they have to "play nice" with each other if they're going to keep their jobs, and so in all of the interviews/press/etc. they really play up a fake friendly/flirty thing.

...and that's all I remember. Can anyone help me out?

Jared told a funny story about a hotel clerk assuming they were together and trying to put them in a room with one bed, and I would love to read fic riffing off of this scenario! I'm looking for works of ‘fiction’ where Jared is hopelessly devoted in mind and soul to Jensen, but he doesn't let it show because he doesn't think Jensen could possibly return his feelings. To make things worse, they play brothers on TV. When Jensen finds out, he doesn't get angry. He's surprised, and it takes him a little time to adjust. But, he loves Jared, so there’s greatness that ensues.

I love it when one or the other is scared.

I'm seeking stories that are J² non AU stories.

Plot is everything to me. So, basically, I really don't want to read any PWPs. I’ve already had my fair share of those in the past.

Examples of stories that I've read recently and that kind of follow along those lines are : I Can Feel You Tremble When We Touch and The Jared Padalecki Untitled Project

I love it when there's misunderstandings and fights, but they work it out in the end because they're mature adults and they love each other like crazy. So, because they love each other, they find a way to work it out (… short term, not long term). I also read a story once where Jared called Jensen a coward because he wasn't coming to terms fast enough with it. It drove me a little crazy.

Basically, I want Jared and Jensen to be together in a way which isn't so far-fetched... Because, I know that they're very « business as usual ».

If you start to alterate them in ways that change who they are (their favorite meal, their favorite color, the things they can’t live without...), then we fall into the whole category of J² AU stories, and I find them hard to follow because we're following what the author likes and not what Jensen and Jared like. Of course, the only thing that's to be changed IMO is their heterosexuality. ☕

Anything set around SEASON 5 is adored.

Unfortunely, babies scare me. Once they started having babies IRL, there came this roadblock in my mind. See, commitment to that degree freaks me out, and I’m so not at that stage in my life. Whenever I think of babies, I start to think that I need to hit up the GYM again and get out my sneekers so I can perfect my cardio and therefore the art of running away. Also, I'm allergic to assholes... So, please save me the infeditely because I don't want that.

I’ve been digging here and there on a bunch of sites, but these stories are not easy to find. Most stories are either HET or J² AU stories.

P.S.- I love Sandra McCoy, Danneel Harris, Katie Cassidy, Alona Tal... And, it never hurts to have a touch of femininity here and there in a fic...

Hi! i have a specific college au request: chad ditches jared to go to LA or something and so Jared has to move in to a house with all seniors, one of them is Jensen (i think one is aldis and maybe one is misha?) and jared thinks jensen hates him but it's really because jensen is attracted to jared and doesn't want to be. jensen was in a relationship with a guy once and it was bad because he cheated on jensen with a girl. i think there's also a halloween party and Jensen dresses up as a hooker? I don't remember much but I think the boys were in college. And I also think they were roommates. But what I do remember was dean bottomed because it hurt cas when he did. I remember them breaking up or taking a break and cas started dating someone else and was forced to bottom because of someone else wouldn't do it.

I´m have one general request and one specific. No wincest if you don't have to, please, but if it is, please mention it so that I´m prepared :)

1) Any story where either the CPS, suspicious neighbors, teachers or friends (I would love to read a story where someone at their new school...) suspect that Sam and Dean are being abused or neglected - either because of something they say or something they don´t, or bruises or where they live, or after meeting John. Either stories from an Outsider POV or from the Winchesters.
+ If there is a story from the Stanford!era where Jess suspects abuse I would love to read that too.
Preferably gen and no wincest (but if the story is good enough - I can read that too.)

2) This is a story I´ve been looking for for quite some time and I can´t find it. I think Sam just got accepted to Stanford - and he fights with John and runs off. John sends Dean after him with money (after they discover that Sam doesn´t have any), but he is already gone. Sam hitches a ride with a truck driver - and after a while ends up with this family who has a ghost in the barn (their dead son I think...)

3) Any really, really good fic that you feel falls within the range of these requests :)

I was just reading a fanfiction and suddenly my browser closed and now I'm trying to find the story I was reading again.. I didn't read much but I remember the beginning pretty well

-Jared was in his last year of highschool (not sure if it was highschool or college, but I'm pretty positive it was highschool)
-he wanted a room with Chad but his father decided he'll room with a new student (it was some kind of a program)
-Jensen was new, had a scholarship & he was Jared's roommate, Jared wasn't nice to him as they first met
-Jensen had tattoos and piercings and Chad heard that he stabbed someone on his old school
-Jared and Chad got drunk on the first night and drunken Jared asked Jensen if he really killed someone, then Jared passed out

Hey so I have this thing for j2 being really good friends, really close before they get together and so they are super touchy feely and even a little sappy. Anything from holding hands and cuddling on the couch and lots of hugs and maybe even bed sharing and for sappy anything like saying I love you whenever they hang up the phone or leave each other to go somewhere? Any kind of stuff like that is great. Non-au or au is fine and when they do finally start a relationship, If there is sex, bottom jensen please. Any length and some angst is good too.and if there roommates, have them being domestic-like before they are even together.

Will take sam/dean fics too where they are overly touchy and sappy before getting together.

Cas has a secret in his body.
That is, he has wings on his back.
So he had cut off them regularly in childhood, but as he grew up, it has become too painful.
So when being in front of others, he decided to hide them by wearing trenchcoat and fastening them in it.
Since it is uncomfortable, he has been using his single room in dormitory, but then Sam came to Stanford and was assigned Castiel's room.
At first, Cas was frustrated and held a grudge against Sam, so they fought a little, but they eventually begin to open up to each other.

Here's hoping someone recognizes this one, and I only remember one specific scene from the fic. Jared and Jensen are living together as roommates, and Jared is hooking up with Genevieve. I just remember one scene where Jensen writes something like "Keep it down" on a dry erase board they keep in the kitchen after he's kept up all night by having to listen to Jared and Genevieve all night long, and the next morning Jared gets pissed at Jensen for writing that and Genevieve is embarrassed. I'm pretty sure I read it on livejournal, and the fic is eventual J2.

I began this fic but was never able to finish it and haven't had any luck finding it so I would appreciate any help!

Jared was kicked out by his family (I think he might have been amish in the story) and rode his bike into a nearby town where he had a bike accident in front of Donna Ackles book (I think) store. She was worried about him and ended up introducing him to her son Jensen who was looking for a roommate. The J's hit it off. I think Jared may have left his family or was kicked out due to his being gay?

I know that Misha and Jared roomed in a house together with two other roommates who didn't get along, and communicated this through post-it notes. I think the two of them end up seeking refuge with Jensen's roommate (maybe Chris?) and eventually Jensen and Jared end up together. I also remember that Jared and Misha were very physically affectionate!

I'm pretty sure Chris and Steve were in it, and maybe also JDM?

Looking for a specific story I thought I had it bookmarked I just remember that Jared and Jensen lived together as room mates in a house Jensen owned, they were sleeping together but no one knew eventually Jensen married his very Christian girlfriend Anne (?) and let Jared stay at the house when he moved out.  The story spanned several years eventually Jensen realized he was in love with Jared and that Jared loved him and that he couldn't keep living a lie and he left his wife and moved back in with Jared.  They eventually came out and lost several friends I believe it had Christian Kane and Chad in it.

I'm looking for a fic where Jensen moves in with Jared and they go shopping for bed the next day, and while Jensen is trying one of the beds Jared realizes he loves him. He doesn't know how to approach it because he doesn't want Jensen to think he expects any kinds of favors since he let him move in. Finally he does says so and Jensen is relieved and happy. Then they talk about when they both knew and it turns out Jensen had Jared beaten by one day. That he realized his feelings the night he moved in and they got drunk on tequila. I'm looking for a fic I remember reading that I'm almost positive was Dean/Castiel...except I distinctly remember Jared being in it so it might have been Jensen/Misha? They were roommates and Dean had been in love with Cas for years but hadn't told him. Jared is a homeless teenager who ends up living with them...I think he had a dog that Dean/Cas found and brought home? He initially thinks that Dean and Cas are a couple and I think ends up getting them together. I remember a scene where Cas is sick and is amusingly manipulative when feeling bad...like getting Dean to organize his closets and stuff.

Clearly this fic is just a great big jumble in my head, but is this ringing bells for anybody else? It's been driving me crazy for days and I can't find it anywhere.

I can only remember a few parts, Jared is an lycanthrope. One of the girls in the class likes Jared and in an act of jealousy Jensen sends the girl out into the woods so she will see Jared transforming.

Hi, its my first time posting here so if there is anything wrong with the post just let me know, please. :)

Ok, so I have been searching for hours and hours in all the J2 fics but I can't seem to find the one I'm looking for. Unfortunately, I don't remember any specifics exept for one scene where Jared is watching Jensen as he asks the dogs about what they want for breakfast. It went someting like this: Jensen: So, what do you think guys? Chicken and ... or game and ham? Chicken it is then." Then he noticed Jared and told him something like: Dude, we should stop bying the game and ham, that's the third day in the row they didn't want it." Or something like that. And I'm pretty sure that was the moment Jared realized he's in love with Jensen.

It's not much to go on I know, but it has been driving me crazy not knowing where it is from. I search through my entire J2 collection and my tags and I just can't find it. Is there anyone that would know where is this scene from?

Looking for two J2 AU stories:

1. Jensen and Jared were childhood friends, but grew apart because Jensen's super-conservative family disapproved of Jared, who was pretty flamboyant even as a child. Eventually Jared goes into fashion, and spends some time staying at Jensen's NY apartment after they reunite because he can't afford a place of his own. FOUND - link in comments

2. Jared bullied Jensen quite a bit as kids, and Jensen never really got over the hurt. Years later, Jensen is a contestant on a makeover type show that Jared hosts, and Jared's horrified to learn how much he hurt Jensen back in the day. I think it actually comes out on the air? I love the fact that J2 used to share a house; it made the RPS so much more fun. I'm interested in J2 domestic fic where the focus is:

Their relationship is fairly new and they decide it's the next step to set up a home
The relationship is platonic, but they become a couple soon after they move in together

I'd love to read about the whole house hunting experience, shopping, establishing boundaries. I particularly love stories where they're doing the 'roommate' thing with separate bedrooms, but slowly they end up in either one's room. Also, stories when they fight and one leaves the home, but then make up again are fine. I'd like if it took place in the SPN universe, but I'm not firm on that.

I'm not a big fan of stories where Christian Kane, Tom Welling, CMMurray, etc are majorly featured. Thanks for all recs.

I'm looking for a fic I read a while back. It was Sam/Castiel college fic. Sam and Castiel are roommates, and everyone thinks Castiel is weird because he always wears a trenchcoat. Castiel wears it to hide his wings. That's about all that I remember from it. Any help would be awesome!

I'm looking for a fic where Jared is separated from his brother and sister in foster care and Jeff goes to jail after he commits a crime and Meg is put into a good family that didn't want him. So the foster care puts him into homes that have fathers that rape him so he's really scarred and messed up. He gets adopted by Jensen's family and he keeps thinking they're gonna kick him out really soon, and he freaks out of Jensen's mom and runs away on their farm because he's sure they're gonna tell him he has to leave. help? jensen/jared in the end.

What I remember is that Jared and Jensen are roommates, and that Jensen has a studio in the basement.
jensen is known for having lots of one night stand, and I think jared is secretly pining for him.

i believe Jared work as a lawyer and he's working very much, and Jensen tells him to tell his boss to fuck off or something.

its also a scene in there with Jared sitting on the floor in the kitchen, and Chris telling him that Jensen likes him. I think Jared and Jensen has had a fight of some sort.
also in the ending there is something about Jensen decorating the Christmas tree, I think?

I am looking for a fic where Jared and Jensen are kind of roommates/neighbors and it is knotting fic. I remember the story was not finished and it did not have a typical knotting fic storyline. Jared was beta/omega and Jensen was an alpha. They started off not really liking each other and then Jared started hanging out with Jensen and his friends and they started to become friends. Jensen's friends were unusual and I think the author was hinting that Jensen was also slightly unusual. All the usual CW people where there as Jensen's friends.

Two particular scenes I remember were Jensen went into "rut" and Jared would watch a stream of guys and girls coming and going from his apartment/room and there was a line that said something along the lines of 'the whole place smelled like Jensen had rubbed his balls on everything'

Another scene was when Jared went into heat and he had never gone into heat before and Jensen had to help him through it. They did not have sex but some things for sure happened. I think it ended with Jensen saying he was not like other alphas.

I also think Jared had a knot as well as beta attributes.

I do not remember how long ago this story was written but I do remember the author saying she was going to continue it. If anyone could link me to this story and also a sequel if it exists, I would be forever in your debt.

jensen and jared are best friends/roommates and pretended to be a couple because jensen didn't want to show up alone to a dinner with his co-workers, i think. at some point, one of his colleagues (i swear it's michael weatherly, but i'm not sure)attacks/humiliates jared verbally in front of everybody and jensen finally sticks up for him. i also remember that jeffrey dean morgan was jensen's boss and jensen expected a promotion.

I am looking for a non-au (in that they're actors on SPN, clearly the knotting part is quite AU) knotting J2 fic wherein Jared is a beta playing Sam the alpha, and Jensen is an alpha playing Dean the beta. It takes place when they're living together. Jared's got some mild prejudices against alphas in that he never wants to have one because he thinks they're all mostly jerks, and Jensen is a really easy going alpha.

I actually remember quite a bit more detail, but it's the only one at all I've read with beta!Jared playing alpha!Sam, so hopefully that narrows it down. :)

Dean has for a long time tried to have intercourse with Castiel, but Castiel keeps rejecting, since Sam and Dean are going to move soon. One day Castiel wakes up, seeing that Sam has left a note where he says he's okay with them being together, and after that Dean and Castiel have intercourse. In the fic Jensen and Jared were living together, I don't remember what happened but Jensen starts looking for a place to live secretly until Jared finds his newspaper with the listings circled and gets really mad. Jared then goes with Jensen house hunting but finds things wrong with every last one because he doesn't want jensen to move. Jensen ends up moving to a condo I think but i dont remember.

The story is about Jared looking for a roommate so he can make rent and Chad(or chris?) organizes someone for him: Jensen. Who has 2 daughters, which Jared only gets to know after all of Jensen's stuff is moved in. They have a nice routine and Jared falls for Jensen and stops having flings... he is also great at taking care of Jensen's daughters until jensen gives in and they get together.

Back before I started bookmarking fics I read a J2 story that involved Genevieve. In the story she was Jared's girlfriend, and at one point Jensen leaves a note saying that they really need to have quieter sex. I think the note was in the form of a Roommate FYI. I was reading 2 fic and then my computer went and shut off by its self. Now I'm looking for...

1)Jensen has just come to a new school and he is Jarad's new roommate and they become really good friends. Jensen and Jarad play pranks on the school and the Dean Morgan. Jensen comes out to Jarad about being gay and Jarad's okay with but then he starts delvoping feeling for them. They start going out secretly. Jarad joins a gay-straight allanice or something like that. That is as far as I got into the story before my computer went out. It is a J2.

2) Jensen moves in next to the Padalecki's and he immeditly like Jarad. He is slao serial killer. Jarad's parents are homophobic and Jensen either convinces Jarad to Kill his parents or he helps Jarad kill his parents. I am pretty sure this is J2 but it might be wincest.

1. I'm looking for this J2 Fic, about Jared and Jensen when they first moved in together. I don't remember much about the story. I remember that Jared went through Jensen's things (might have been accidentally) and found some interesting stuff.

After that he's driving himself crazy with thoughts about Jensen, etc. etc. I remember in one scene Jensen was in Jared's garage working out and Jared couldn't stop staring. He was also listening to Janet Jackson while working out (He even says to Jared at one point, "Miss Jackson if you're nasty."). Any help would be great.
