I'm looking for a fic I remember reading that I'm almost positive was Dean/Castiel...except I distinctly remember Jared being in it so it might have been Jensen/Misha? They were roommates and Dean had been in love with Cas for years but hadn't told him. Jared is a homeless teenager who ends up living with them...I think he had a dog that Dean/Cas found and brought home? He initially thinks that Dean and Cas are a couple and I think ends up getting them together. I remember a scene where Cas is sick and is amusingly manipulative when feeling bad...like getting Dean to organize his closets and stuff.

Clearly this fic is just a great big jumble in my head, but is this ringing bells for anybody else? It's been driving me crazy for days and I can't find it anywhere.
