Once again I need your help.
Here’s what I remember

Jared was in a boyband and they reform, I believe they were called ‘santone’?
Anyway, Jared is sent to Jensen for singing lessons. Jensen sees Jared with needles and thinks he’s using. Jared explains he’s diabetic & struggling to maintain his levels because his son is In the hospital. I think his wife is in some sort of coma, but I’m not sure about that. Oh, and I believe Most of, if not all the money he earned from his boyband days has been spent on medical bills & he’s struggling financially.

I hope someone can point me in the right direction, it’s driving me nuts!

Hi there. Hope someone can help me.

I read this one awhile back, and I can't for the life of me find it again. It's a short fic. Dean plays the guitar and sings to Cas. The song is either Bruno Mars' "Just The Way You Are" or One Direction's "What Makes You Beautiful". I'm pretty sure it's the former. I think they're out in the woods somewhere when this happens. Maybe Cas wandered off depressed, and Dean followed? idk (I may be crossing stories). Sorry I can't be more specific.

I am on a hunt for stories that have Dean doing something that surprises Sam. Something that Sam was unaware that he could do. Something like using sign language, able to "read" Braille or amazing cooking (because he learned more after Sam went to college). Something like play an instrument (guitar, piano) or he's really good at repairing electronics (he did make a homemade EMF after all). Even something as simple as speaking another language. Anything that surprises Sam.

I'm looking for a story in which Jensen is a famous singer and Jared is a big fan of his. Jared goes to a concert and his mom comes along with him because he is too young to go on his own.
he is allowed to meet Jensen afterwards and is like super excited and nervous. I believe he brings a present for Jensen but jensen it totally rude to him and makes fun of the present after the meeting. Jared overhears a conversation between Jensen and somebody else where Jensen make fun of the present. Afterwards Jared is dissappointed and stops listening to Jensen's music.
Jensen goes to apologize to jared and the story has a happy ending.

I just watched Walk to Remember (i'm aware that's kind of odd, considering most people should have watched it already) and i was completely overtaken by the way Landon acted so much like Dean (HE EVEN FIXES CARS!) and Jamie is so much like Cas (When she askes Landon if he has faith, i could only see Cas saying, "You don't think you deserve to be saved...").

So i was hoping someone knows of a Destiel fic based on it? I checked of the movie retelling masterlist thing, but there are mainly J2 fics. So.

Also, any fics that rotates around musically gifted Dean and Cas would be appreciated. I'm going through a song thing right now. :P

Hi, I was wondering if there were any fics where Dean plays the guitar.  I've seen some rpf's with Jensen, but I'd raher have dean playing the guitar, and maybe Cas watching him, or having some destiel undertones; or maybe if he was really good and John or Sam found out, like if he sang on some open mics or something.  

I just generally want anything where Dean plays the guitar/sings.  (No wincest please :))

Hey guys! So I just had the most amazing once in a life time experience - my university choir was invited to sing back-up harmonies on stage with Foreigner on "I want to know what love is" at the concert they had here. It was really awesome, we got to watch the concert from the backstage mezzanine, and when we were escorted on stage we went down a stair case lined with plaques signed by all of the bands that had ever performed there. I really felt like VIP, it was so cool! So of course, right afterward all I could think about was how awesome something like this would be as a J2 AU. I'm looking for something along the lines of where Jensen is a rock star and Jared is invited to sing back-up for his band. It would be awesome if it was with a school choir (high school or college), but some other reason is cool too. And then Jared gets to meet Jensen and through a well-written plot things progress and they hook up. Does something like that exist? Because if not, it totally should. I'd also be ok if Jared and Jensen's roles were reversed. Also, if anyone wants to rec me any other J2 AU's where one is a rock star and the other isn't and they some how get together, that would be awesome too. I've read a few, but I'm sure there are lots more out there. No WIPs please. Thank you!

Hello lovely people!

There are two themes I've been looking for for a while now:

1. Canon!verse AU where John is the one rescued from hell by Castiel, but it still wonderfully ends up being Destiel. Perhaps a retelling of seasons 4-7?

2. Fics where the guys are cursed with some sort of musical spell (or maybe it's just Gabriel messing with them) which compels them to randomly burst into a song (like that epic episode of BtVS). And yes, I've read Party like it's 1999 (and it's awesome). Doesn't have to be necessarily slash.

Extra love for the presence of Bobby and Ellen and Jo and Gabriel and Balthazar (and crap, I just made myself sad).

I was at a meeting at work the other day, and one of the professors from the music department was presenting a video of his work in music therapy. I sort of spaced out and my brain immediately went to fic scenarios - so, I was wondering if anyone knows of any J2 fics where one (especially Jensen) or both of the guys is a music therapist? If not, perhaps someone knows of a fic where one has a similar job? Thanks for anything you can find. Self-recs are very welcome!

So I was listening to Blue Öyster Cult's 'Fire of unknown Origin'-album the other day, and the lyrics of some of those songs caught my ear, in the way that they reminded me of SPN characters and/or plots.
So here's the question: are there any SPN fics based on songs of BÖC? 'Veteran of the Psychic Wars' or 'Fire of unknown Origin' would of course be perfect because they tie in pretty good with canon, but also songs like 'After Dark' or other songs featured in the actual show.
[alternatively, fics that explicitly feature a BÖC-song in more than just a passing mention are okay to rec, too]
I'll take pretty much anything for this; slash, het, gen, unhappy endings, crazy kinks: hit me with it, as long as it's BÖC-inspired. Just please no slash with any of the angels, and no WIP's, please.

First, the specific fanfiction I´m looking for:
I don´t know if I read this fic on lj or over at AO3, but that´s what I remember about it:

- the main pairing is Jensen/Jared
- probably a college setting, I remember Jensen being the teacher and Jared sitting in class
- Jared is a The Smiths/Morrissey fan (and finds out that Jensen is too) and he has this thing of creating mix tapes for special occasions/special people or something like that
- there might´ve been Chad as Jared´s best friend in it, but that´s not for sure
- it´s probably not a one shot or a short fanfic since I prefer longer stories

It would be great if anyone recognizes this story, it was a lovely read.

So last time I asked for a story here, you people found it almost a second later, so lets give it a shot again...

I've got three non-specific things I'm looking for, and I've worked through most of the relevant tags already so that's why I'm asking (no use asking for something that's been found for someone else already, right?..)

1. A wincest story that has its focus on Sam's feelings rather than Dean's. I've got a hard time getting into Sam's headspace lately and I'd like a fic that kinda describes why Sam would be with Dean, why he loves Dean so much, apart from some kind of wacked-up family obligation.
Season 1/2 preferred, 3 is okay as are non-season-specific stories. Please no later seasons.

2. A fic that deals with Dean's love for music in some way. Not band!au or musician!au, just something that shows how much Dean really loves his Led Zep and Metallica. Can be slash (no angels, please), het, gen, I don't care.
If anywhere in there it features a teen Dean who wants/tries to grow his hair, there's extra cookies.

Earlier seasons preferred unless the plotline doesn't feature much.

3. A fic in which Dean gets a little more character development than 'Must take care of Sammy'; the other aspects of Dean. Like, I don't know, movies that he likes, maybe he always wanted to ride a motorbike, a state he likes more than the other, ANYTHING. Dean as his own stand-alone persona.
Please no dark or super-angsty fic (angst is fine, just not in excessive amounts). Slash, het, gen are all fine. Cassie is a bonus but by no means a must.

Please no AU's this time, unless one fits the requirements perfectly.

OMG IT'S CHRISTMAS BREAK! So since I have a month off of school to do nothing but read, I have a HUGE request for you all. Any and all help is appreciated! All lengths, ratings, and kinks are welcome for the general searches. No WIPs please, but self recs are happily accepted.

1. My first search is for a specific fic I read the back in, like, May. It is a Sam/Dean/Cas fic where Sam and Dean are in a pre-established relationship. Cas is human and Sam and Dean are trying to help Cas out. Cas is kinda, like, coming on to Dean and Sam (Dean especially) but I don't think he really knew it. Dean and Sam both decided they aren't threatened by Cas because he is innocent and harmless and they both end up sleeping with him as well as some threesomes. I remember a few scenes - There is a sex store and Cas wants to buy porn but Sam and Dean don't think that's a good idea; They are at Walmart buying Cas new clothes and the woman working by the dressing rooms is hitting on Cas. When she realizes they are gay she goes all crazy Christian on them; They are at a bar and there's a brawl Dean is fighting in and Sam and Cas are at a both watching. They tell the waitress they're both seeing someone and when she asks who they both point to Dean and she says that's "kinky". I hope this is enough to go on because I'd really like to reread this.

2. I have requested this before, but I didn't really get much for it, so I'm going to ask again. I am looking for some cute, adorable wee!chester fics where Sam has a blanket and sucks his thumb and Dean teases him about it. Maybe John yells at him for it because he views it as a sign of weakness? It can be any age, but it would be a bonus if Sam still does it as he gets older and he becomes very secretive and extremely self conscious about it. It can be gen or wincest, but I would love you forever if its a sweet wincest fic.

3. I am looking for crack fics. Rec me the best, funniest fics you have. I don't care what other genres they are in, I just want to shoot milk out my nose. My fav pairings are J2 and wincest, but I will take anything as long as it is slash.

4. I'm looking for any fics based around music. By that, I don't mean where they are musicians in a rock band. I mean I want something where the boys play musical instruments, like in an orchestra, wind ensemble, choral groups, ect. I'm talking about classical music. Bonus points if the story is set where they are studying this in school (yes, I am well aware of my obsession with school fics and that I throw it into every request I make). You are a God if you know of a story where they are at a private music school (something similar to the manga 'Alice the 101st', if anyone's read that). J2 and wincest are preferable for this.

Hi guys! I'm feeling kind of down today so I could use a good pick me up. I'd love to read some high school or college J2 AU's or non-AU's where Jensen is quiet, shy, self-conscious and has a low self esteem, but is unknowingly adorable. He could be self-conscious about anything, but I'd be really happy if he was self-conscious about his looks and/or artistic talents. And by artistic talents I mean it'd be awesome if he was a musician, artist, and/or writer but doesn't feel like he's any good at it and is constantly worried about what people think of him. And if Jared comes into the picture and comforts and encourages him well then that would be just perfect! No pre-established relationship fics, in fact, some pinning on Jensen's end would be awesome. Angst is great, but I need happy endings with lots of schmoop please. No WIPs, but self-recs are welcomed. Thank you!

The end of the world is here, and Sam and Dean are searching through the destruction and chaos for signs of life. While Dean tries desperately to hold onto his brother, Sam holds tightly to what little beauty is still left in the world.

As far as I can remember, it was post apocalyptic and Sam played every piano he came across. I don't think he was quite right either, but mostly I remember the pianos.

Was reading something last night which made me think of this request... Are there any fics out there that involve Dean singing or playing a musical instrument? Doesn't have to be a major focus of the story. Could be set when the boys were children (in fact, Dean singing to Sam would be adorable) or as adults. I don't really have any other criteria - I just want to read something that has Dean singing, although I'd love it if he was singing well and maybe making money from it - busking, whatever. Also will be happy with Dean having and demonstrating other musical talent such as playing an instrument or writing music. Frustrated musician angst would be delightful. Not bothered whether it's slash or gen but no het please (unless it's super terrifically well written).

I've just finished a fic where Sam gets Dean to try out for American Idol. It got me thinking about Dean have a special talent. I've read a lot of fics in the past where Jensen or Jared are dancers or at least can dance. Are there any out there where Dean is the one dancing? I'll take any kind of special/hiddentalent!Dean fics you've got. If it's Sam who has the talent and maybe Dean encouraging or discovering it, I'll take that too.

There also been a lot of talk after 7.01 about how shaggy Dean's hair was in the episode (YAY! XD). Any fics that deal with something like that? Dean growing/changing his hair? Or maybe the boys having to change how they look for a job or to stay hidden from the FBI?

The story I'm looking for is a cute little thing that was apparently based on the author's own experience on the plane ride from hell - she made it all better in the fic with cute boys and flirting via iPod selections.

I'm pretty sure it was an actual fic and not just a figment of my imagination, but I remember reading a story where one of the Js or Sam or Dean (IDK) was dancing to Lady Gaga - pretty sure it was Sam or Dean as they were in a motel room - and the other catches them at it and kinda likes it a lot.

So I think I read a J2 story a long time ago that was based on the anime Gravitation.  Jensen was in the role of Yuki I'm pretty sure.  I just remember the scene where Jensen reads Jared's lyrics and insults them or something. Sorry for such a terrible description!

Hi all!  Me again!  I was wondering if there are any fics out there where Sam has random talents that Dean finds out about.  I'm thinking like being able to sing (This one would be awesome!), being able to play the piano, being able to draw......something like that.  I also would like fics where Sam uses these talents as an escape to deal with his hard life (especially with abusive John, with Dean finding out about that too) and if Sam is shy about this talent but encourage by Dean that's also cool.

1. J2 at a beach house and Chad is going to stop by. Jensen is upset and thinks Chad is trying to break them up. Jared doesn't believe them. Jensen cries and then Jared shows up saying he was right Chad kissed him. He punched Chad and sent him away. Ring any bells?
2. A Love That Will Last by dean_stalker. It is older and the author has deleted and purged journal so I am wondering if there are copies anywhere or anything. It is about the boys in a band and getting together for the first time.

Sam and Dean were in a town for a hunt, and they kept breaking out into song. Other people around them would chime in and be back up singers/dancers, but they would never remember what happened. When they were in a diner Dean sings 'The Way We Used To Be' by Daughtry. Later at the laundry mat (I think) Sam realized that he was in love with Dean. He knew that he was going to start singing so he freaked and ran into the bathroom. He started singing 'I Won't Say I'm in Love' from Disney's Hercules. Some random chick bursts out of one of the stalls and becomes one of the muses and sings back up. They later find out that it's because of a Siren.

Any ideas?

What i would kinda like to see is the boys at McKinley high for what ever reason and meet new directions. I kinda wanna see Dean seeing the bullying that is happening to Kurt and steps in to stop it either by scaring Karofsky silly or/and teaching Kurt how to fight back/protect himself.
