Hello everyone. I have searched many stories using the tags here with the boys as a Sentinel/Guide or having spirit animals and haven't found much and definitely nothing recent. So...I am looking for stories depicting Dean/Jensen having Sentinel or enhanced abilities with Sam/Jared being his guide or calming influence. Or stories where Dean/Jensen has a spirit animal that guides him and allows him to have similar abilities to that animal (without changing into that animal). Would like Sam/Jared to be his calming influence. Stories do not have to crossover with The Sentinel or involve Ellison and Sandburg at all.

Wincest, slash and gen accepted. Please no Destiel or WIPs.

A specific story I read early this autumn, probably on fanfiction.net. I believed I had it book marked, but......

After Hell Dean came back extremely sensitve to sounds and tastes. Sam handles this as best he can. I may mix this with other stories but I believe he was in contact with a scientist/scollar in Cascade, Washington. ;)

To deal with posttraumatic stress, Dean starts running. He finds a couple of boys that makes "traps" to catch joggers and makes a deal with them. They make the rout more exiting for him and stop bothering the other joggers. There is also an old lady with a nice garden. Dean sees that the plants haven't been watered one day, and finds her hurt? injured? ill? and calls for help, taking care of the garden while she is in hospital. She "pays" for his help by trying to fattening him up with pies and good homemade food.
I believe this was gen, but can't really remember.

Like it says, I'm looking for two types of stories.

The first is stories where the general populace knows about hunters. And the second - I am a sucker for Sentinels-are-known stories and I would love to find more, especially if Sam or Dean were the Sentinels or guide. I've read the one where Dean is kept a prisoner and loaned out to different sentinels, and I do not want that. I've also read 'Fear the Sunless Lands' (where hunters are known) and I really enjoyed it. ( http://spn-j2-bigbang.livejournal.com/318370.html ), so creatures are okay.

SPN pairings I like to read are Sam/Dean, Dean/Cas, Jared/Jensen, Jensen/Chris, or any of the guys with a well written OMC or character from another show - fusions and crossovers are welcome.

I know I'm being picky, but I can't read stories where one of the sexual partners is under 17, stories where slavery is institutionalized (a recognized and accepted part of society), or where the power ratio in the story is heavily skewed toward one partner. Please, no A/B/O stories in which a character is substantially changed (other than the Sentinel/Guide aspects), where the Omega partner loses their rights and/or becomes the property of the alpha, or makes a 180 degree turn and gives up all their hopes and dreams to suddenly become a baby factory and/or housewife

I know that seems like a lot, but I'm really just hoping there are some out there that I haven't been able to find. Longer is better, I prefer higher ratings but just about anything found in these categories will be welcome and celebrated.

I am looking for a pacific sentinel fusion story. Sam and Dean, if I remember the story correctly, are sentinels. Cas and Gabriel are guides. Cas is Dean's guide and his spirit animal, again if I recall correctly, was a white wolf named Grace. Gabriel's spirit animal is a wolf named Loki. Gabriel is on ...trial I think, for killing his first guide. It turns in to this big thing, and Jim and Blair have to come back to work it out, which is a big deal. Also Dean is in a relationship with Cas and it's hinted that Gabriel and Sam will be in one, but I don't think the story is rated higher then PG-13 or what ever the equivalent grade the author decided to use.

And I think I might have just confused everyone. but any way if anybody knows what I'm talking about and could point me in the right direction I would be grateful.

Ok, I looked at the Sentinel crossover section of this site and while there are plenty, all the fics I can find that are close to what I want have Dean as a sentinel. What I want to see is Dean as a guide. Any crossovers or slash pairings are welcome, even gen, but please no het as the main pairing. any help finding these would be appreciated.

Okay, so these have been bugging me for a while now.

First, I read a Supernatural/Sentinel fic that was set somewhere in Season 4. May or may not have been set after Dean regained his memories of hell. Anyway, Dean awakens as a Sentinel, with Sam as his Guide. It's mostly from Jim's POV, I think, might be some time after the end of Sentinel. Sam got Blair's help by sending a picture to his phone? Something. Anyway, Jim was looking for them and before he found them he saw Sam and Dean's spirit animals. Dean's was a griphon, while Sam's was a dragon. I remember Dean said something about it later, and Sam wanted to know the color of his dragon spirit animal, to look it up or whatever. There was also a second fic, seperate I think, where Jim dreams of the blue jungle, but he goes to the edge and sees a desolate landscape. Dean's griffin is there, chained down and being attacked by something, and Jim helps break one of the chains so the griffin can fight back.

Lot of detail, I know, but without a title or author, I've been SOL.

Second, I don't have as much for. I think it was a crossover with either Criminal Minds or Bones, but I'm not sure. The only thing I really remember is this scene where Sam is in a jail cell, and they're trying to get him to flip on Dean. Sam showed them the scar where Jake stabbed him and tells them that if it weren't for Dean, he'd be dead. Somebody (Reid? I don't know.) said that from the looks of the scar, he should have been either dead or paralyzed.

Third is much more light-hearted. It was taking lines from the episodes and expanding them to be as cracky and wincesty as possible. There was something like a season per chapter and it pulled no stops on the perverted train. I remember in the "improved" lines from Devil's Trap, Dean said something about how he knew that wasn't their father because he hadn't put his hand down Dean's pants. The demon pretty much got disgusted, saying how he thought that was just a weird fantasy, and left.

Are there any stories out there were the J's mix with the 'real world' of The Sentinel?  Like, TS the tv show was instead a real life thing, and somehow the J's discover they're a Sentinel/Guide pair?  Wackiness ensues, etc.

 Hi everyone! I'm looking for Dean/Castiel crossover fics with The Sentinel. I just read Overcome by melonbutterfly and now I'm fascinated :) . I had never heard of The Sentinel before reading this fic and now I'm wondering if there are more out there. I'd prefer Dean/Cas fics, but I'll also read fics with Sam as the Guide or Sentinel as long as it isn't wincest.

I was wondering if there are any stories crossed over with the TV show The Sentinel. It's about a cop (Jim) who has hyperactive senses, and is helped by an anthropologist (Blair), who is his guide.

I thought it would be kind of cool if Dean starts to develop hyperactive senses, and Sam is his guide. Maybe Sam heard out Blair's paper and takes Dean to Cascade for help.

1) I've always enjoyed reading crossovers with Disney fics like Sleeping Beauty, and Beauty and the Beast. And I was wondering if there are any in the Supernatural universe. Sam/Dean as the prefered pairing.

2) John/Dean fics no rape/underage/or death fics please.

3) Crossover with The Sentinel with one of the boys as a Sentinel and the other as his Guide. Gen or slash.

Hi guys!

I'm looking for a story that I read a couple of months ago - it only had about 3 chapters at the time. I can't find it anywhere and I don't even know if it's finished yet!

It's about Dean who shows up in Palo Alto in Sam's dorm room and he's a little different. Basically he's a Sentinel and his senses are going wonky and are acting up! They don't know what's wrong with him though. I think something is going on with Sam as well but I can't really remember. Also I'm pretty certain it's wincest or at least it was heading in that direction.

Would be really great if anyone knows where I can find it.

Hi All!

Crossover with The Sentinel. Something was killing people up in this remote wooded type area where Blair and Jim lived. Dean and Sam believed a werewolf was doing the killings. Blair was a werewolf, but he wasn't the one killing people. Blair invited Dean and Sam to stay at his place. They found out Blair was a werewolf. Dean also met this woman who turned out to be the monster killing people and almost ended up her next victim. Ring any bells?
