First time poster, not sure how to go with this one...

I'm looking for fic (song!fic maybe?) that would turn around the song Hey Brother by Avicci? The song only reminds me of Supernatural. I've been wanting to read a fic but after searching the tags, I couldn't find one :-(

When I listen to it, for some reason it's like Dean is singing and it's about Sam, Charlie and Cas.

A while back I found a fan made clip and it was really really good, but a story would be great :D

Any suggestions would be appricated :D

I read a story awhile back where Jensen found Jared had a playlist on his iPod filled with songs all about Jensen. Now, I would like to read any similar fics, where one J has a playlist about the other and they find out. Anyone know of any fics like that?

Okay can I please have some help? There was this fic that I read a while back and it was J2 and it was about Jared and Jensen having a secret “casual” sexual relationship (That’s what Jensen called it; Jared was in love) but one day Jensen said that they had to call it off because he was getting married to Danneel, and Jared let him go. Two years later Jensen was back in town directing something and Jared found out when he was being interviewed on TV and Chad was his agent and Jared hadn't gotten over Jensen but wanted to see him and the story was based of the “Someone Like You” song by Adele, and can someone find me the link? Or give me a PDF version? The link that I have is broken and I don’t know if the author removed it, because I scoured Google for it and couldn't find it. I don’t know the title and I don’t know the author but can someone please help me?

So I was watching the music video to Beautiful (by: Christina Aguilera) and the gay couple in it made me really want a fic-

1. where Jensen and Jared (or Sam and Dean) just didn't care, and they came out together and maybe they got a lot of hate, but they remained strong in their love for each other. That's my first request. I'd prefer non-au but au is fine, too.

2. The second request is a simple one. Are there any songfic au's based off of the song Depth Over Distance (be Ben Howard)? Or any songfics from Onerepublic?

3. And my last request is for a fic (angsty please? I love angst) where Jensen and Jared get married, or they're planning to and one is worried that the other doesn't love them? It'd be even awesomer if they were getting married to another person and they pulled out because they realized how much they loved the other. (Ex: Jensen planning on marrying Danneel and when he sees Jared he imagines him at the alter instead of Danneel so he calls off the wedding) But hey, a nice fluffy one-shot would be more than fine with the boys getting married. Sam and Dean getting married too is more than welcome! Non-AU please, but AU is fine.

I'm looking for a fic I read a while ago that was based off the Celtic Women song "The Voice". Dean had heard voices all of his life, and when Gabriel dies the voices stop. Dean becomes really depressed and Cas tells him that he had been hearing things the way angels do. It was a one shot. I hope someone knows it.

I've been looking for awhile but there's a fic that goes along with the song Can't Help Falling in Love with you by Elvis.

It's not, however, Twist and Shout. I think.

I remember some of the plot:
Cas first hears the song in a mall (I think) and eventually Dean buys him the tape (or maybe it was a CD). Cas begins to listen to the song all the time and tries to get Dean to sing it along with him but Dean refuses. At the end of the fic Cas is dying and Dean sings this with him as he dies in his arms.

I'm pretty sure it was a one-shot and it's definitely Destiel. I wanna say at some point it's set during Christmas.

Hi,
I've been looking for a spesific wincest style songfic. From what I remember it had Sam and Dean trying to tell each other how they feel by songs. Singing, playing songs on a radio etc. The fic also had a songlist that listed all the songs used in the fic. I remember one scene where the boys were drunk and walking home from bar and Dean (or Sam) started singing Abba's Take a chance on me. If this rings any bells, could you please tell me what fic it was or point me in the right direction where I might find it. Thanks in advance!

1) This is a specific fic. Jensen's filming up in Canada, and hits a moose. The moose kinda shrugs off the damage, but starts following him all over town. And it turns out that the moose is rather well-known in the town, and

long story short, it's Jared, cursed to be a moose until he finds his true love.

I'm searching for a particular song fic I read a while ago. In it, Dean, Sam, Castiel and Gabriel are at a bar of some sort on an open mike night, with a Bon Jovi theme for the night. Gabriel somehow convinces the entire group to agree to sing at least once that night, with the added twist that he would add a bit of magic to make sure that the song chosen suited the singer. I can't remember which songs most of them sang, but at one point Castiel sang a version of "Satellite" that was slightly modified to have the words "Father please" instead of "Satellite." It was a really emotional scene, where Castiel was really putting all of his loss and confusion and need that he felt in his search for God into the song. I'm pretty sure Sam and Dean sang a duet at one point, though it wasn't a romantic duet. Towards the end of it, Gabriel convinces either Dean or Castiel, though I think it was Dean, to go up one more time, and sing a love song dedicated to the other. Dean and Castiel hadn't been together before this, or even aware that the other liked them, but Gabriel was matchmaking. By the end of the fic, Dean and Castiel had admitted to having feelings for each other. I'd really like to find this fic again, and I'd appreciate any help you guys can give, thanks.

Specific: I'm pretty sure that this is a J2 story. What I remember from the fic is that they had a lover's spat of some sort so one of them went to their California house I think to cool off. Then there was an earthquake and the other one rushed to the house to save him. And there was a bit about a forest fire or something. I'm sorry if its really vague. I think there was a missing kid thrown somewhere there too.

General: I'm looking for fics with really awesome soundtracks or ficmixes bundled with pdfs. I just feel like soundtracks add a really deep connection to the story and helps readers really GET into the mind space of the author. A really commendable example would be Slashboyz' <a href=http://slashboyz.livejournal.com/11335.html>Two-Spirits</a> which, while amazingly awesome on its own, is just breathtaking and freaking IMMERSIVE when read while listening to the soundtrack. 

By the way, I'm leaning more unto J2 or Wincest. I'm still a little iffy with Destiel or Jen/Misha. Sorry, guys :

kinda sounds like the name of a fic all on its own, doesn't it?  Anyway, I hope I get it right this time, because I always seem to screw up my posting in some way; here's what I'm looking for:

1) Addicted by Saving Abel...are there any fics based on this song.  I listened to it over and over today and I kept thinking how perfect it would be.  I don't really care about the pairings as long as the J's don't end up with other people.  So bring on the Jensen/Jared, Dean/Sam, Chris/Chad, Chris/Steve, Tom/Mike...you get the idea.

2) Cherish by Breea1...this is a deleted journal and frankly, I'm not even sure how I came to have a copy of the story, but I do.  I keep thinking, there has to be more; it just doesn't feel "done".  Was there a timestamp (or multiple timestamps, please, please, please)?

It was a long RPF which started with the boys at a convention and Jared hearing the Balled the Seedy Apartment wrote being sung by a whole lot of fans? And this starts off Jared on his journey of self realisation that he loves Jensen. It had Sandy in it, but she was nice, and there wasn't any bashing in it as far as I can remember..  It was on LJ (with a section on our weird fascination with LJhandles) and mentioned some real people by their names. It also had a PDF copy.

Okay, crap, I don't really have a lot to go one. I'm looking for a fic that I actually read as a podfic. For some unknown reason, I don't remember anything about it except that it was j2, and there was on specific scene I remember. Jared and Jensen were at Jared's house and Jensen sat on the couch and accidently sat on the remote to Jared's music system. Total eclipse of the heart ends up coming on and Jensen laughs and sings along. I remember because the reader actually sang that part, and she had a pretty good voice.


I thought I downloaded it, but now can't find it. *sighs* I'm trying to go through the archive at jinjurly.com, but it's taking awhile and I keep getting distracted by other awesome fic. I'll keep looking, but I'm hoping someone knows what I'm taking about and finds it first? Sorry I couldn't give more to go off of. I'm looking for a few stories to read in the last days before the start of Uni. I have a few general themes listed below, but if you want to recommend a story that you really like you are very welcome to do so, even if it doesn't fit any of the requests listed.



1) Fics without a happy ending, as in Sam and Dean or Jared and Jensen not getting together in the end, but with one being in love with the other. I have recently read a fic in which one loes the other and the other one thinks he loves him back, but they figure out, that he doesn't. In the end they are still friends and things are normal betweem them. (No death-fics or any  fics with the two of them hating each other in the end, please)

2) Fics that are similar to Not a hoax, not a dream, not an imaginary tale   by longsufferingly or Win-Win Situation by mediaville.  In both stories the boys have to kiss for the camera and figure out, that they like it.

3) I have recently read (and love)  Stop me if you think you've heard this one before by dr_ducktator and I really liked the music the reader was encourage to listen to while or after reading. So now I am looking for any other fics, whith playlists. I don't care about the music genre. (I have, of course, also read The Doors of Time by felisblanco. )

4) Stories with teacher!Jensen / student!jared , preferably with them meeting in college or university and not in school.

I prefer non-au, (except for 4) , of course ;) ), I take any rating and lenght, self-recs are very welcome. Oh, and for 3), any pairing between Jensen, Jared, Mark Sheppard, Misha or Sam, Dean, Crowley, Castiel is welcome.

I lost my bookmark of this fic. That was a fusion of Glee and Supernatural. I believe it was RPS and Jensen was in the role of Matthew Morrison character on Glee and Jared was a student. I don’t remember where it was or if it even exists. The summery I read might have been my imagination, lol!

I've been listening to a lot of his, and his band's, music lately and was wondering if there are any fics associated with his music (playlists, titles, mentions in the story, anything like that.)

As far as ratings and pairings, anything is fine except for Sam/Dean. Self pimping is encouraged!

Sam and Dean were in a town for a hunt, and they kept breaking out into song. Other people around them would chime in and be back up singers/dancers, but they would never remember what happened. When they were in a diner Dean sings 'The Way We Used To Be' by Daughtry. Later at the laundry mat (I think) Sam realized that he was in love with Dean. He knew that he was going to start singing so he freaked and ran into the bathroom. He started singing 'I Won't Say I'm in Love' from Disney's Hercules. Some random chick bursts out of one of the stalls and becomes one of the muses and sings back up. They later find out that it's because of a Siren.

Any ideas?

1) Jared/Jensen/Dean/Sam. Yes, all four together. Like I said, I doubt that's out there. But hey, you never know unless you ask, right? Smutty, sappy, sweet, insane, crack... don't really care. Just want all four boyos together. Preferably slash, but I can take Gen with a smile too.

2) Song-fic based off of Within Temptation's "Our Farewell".  Again, slash, gen, whatever. I'd prefer Dean & Sam, but I'll take the J's too. That song just begs to be written into a story with the boys, but I'm not sure if I'm the only one hearing it. *chews her lip*

Our guys were in a karaoke bar and enroled by their friendds to sing this song together. sweet and lovely ficlet, I want to reread it.

#2 Another request for a song fic, jensen singing two songs for Jared's birthday, the first one was a joke ( something going with Texas boy I think) but the second was This Song by Elton John. And it was beautifuly written.

#3 last but not least, my request for an unrequited love between Chad and Jensen.
Just a reflexion by Chad at a CW event, realising Jensen will never be in love with him.

Hey guys! I was listening to You Belong With Me by Taylor Swift and it got me wondering if there are any AU J2 fics that follow similarly to that song. If you haven't heard the song, the basic gist is that the guy is best friends with a girl who loves him, but he can't see what's in front of him. I'd want fics where Jensen is the one that's in love with Jared and Jared can't see that him and Jensen belong together.

2. Any fics where well let's say Grumpy is invited? In other words, Sam/Dean/Pam, obviously taking place before 4.17. Cause I got curious thinking about it watching Lazurus Rising again the other day.

I have 3 J2 requests, if anyone can help.

1.  The other day, someone was searching for the fic Behold and See, by annella , and I ended up reading it cause it sounded interesting and I LOVED it.  So I was wondering if there were any other fics out there where one or both of the boys were involved in playing/singing/conducting *classical* music.  I know there are a bunch of really awesome rock star/band fics out there, but I haven't seen all that many where it's classical music.  I have already read The Doors of Time (which is by far the GREATEST fic I've ever read and would recommend it to everyone under the sun), but if there are any more, cause you point me in the right direction?

2.  Any fics where the boys have really loving, slow, gentle sex,?  Where it's not just about getting off, but more about the connection between the boys, w/o it being too OOC?  Bonus points if it's first time, but it's not a requirement.  And *extra* bonus points if it's a long, slow intense build-up, though I'll read any length.

3.  And lastly, are there any fics out there that are based on/centered on the song "Everything" by Lifehouse?  I've seen some great fanvids to that song, but I really want a good, juicy fic that involves that song somehow.

I'm not sure if I dreamed this up, because my google-fu is failing me, but I seem to remember reading at some point a story that takes place at a hotel, based on Hotel California, by The Eagles, specifically the line "you can check out any time you like, but you can never leave". It probably would have been first-time wincest.

Also, is there a story based on House of the Rising Sun? I seem to remember that as well, but I'm less sure about that one...

I have two semi-random searches I was hoping you wonderful people could help me find.

1.  The first is any type of story that is a song!fic to Bruce Springsteen's Dancing in the Dark.  I think the song fits angsty!boys, but I'll take any genre.

I don't remember the specifics, but I think the author mentioned the song "Faded From Winter" by Iron and Wine when they wrote the fic. I remember listening to the song while reading the fic and it just fit the atmosphere of the fic so perfectly that that's what stuck with me.
