Wincest - Dean POV  
I'm in the mood for some Wincest Dean POV fics. Seems most out there are Sam POV with Sam silently pining away.

If not Dean POV then a clearly pining Dean where Sam isn't making a move. The longer the better and angst and pining slow builds would be awesome.

Some I've already read:
All stories by candle_beck
Summer Blackout by nutkin (and everything else by them)
Two Queens by belyste (more humor but at least Dean POV)
And indeed there will be time by Greta
And the Devil Makes Three by Killa (and sequel)
Milestones by intrepidheart

Pining!Dean but from oblivious!Sam POV:

If you know of others to rec or know of complied lists that include Dean POV/pining Dean as a tag, let me know. I have looked through the tags here but did not find much...

Since you didn't include in your list I don't know if you've read them, but my favorite fic for pining!Dean has to be the Coyote series and Keepsake series by [livejournal.com profile] leonidaslion. Thank you! I have read some of their fics (Bright Lights of Disturbia is my favorite fan fic ever) but I have not read those ones for some reason. Off to read!

Unfortunately, I don't really have very many fic that I've read that are in Dean's POV, which is really heartbreaking because I love the guy, buttttI do have a few recs where the POV is alternating and there's pining on his end (if not mutual pining).

The Hunter Games (http://archiveofourown.org/works/519567/chapters/918082) and Luna de Miel (http://archiveofourown.org/works/2127699) by theproblematique might fit what you're looking for, all of their works for the boys are hilarious (Courting Death being one of my faves of theirs, that one doesn't fit what you're looking for but give it a go anyway!)
A Case of Do or Die (http://archiveofourown.org/works/8479183/chapters/19430287) has alternating pov and it's mutual pining
Jukebox Hero (http://archiveofourown.org/works/397219) in which Dean sucks at talking about his feelings but he can damn well sing about 'em.
