I read this fic years ago and it just now came to my mind again. I don't remember much of the plot, but basically Dean is kidnapped by a drug addict after a hunt gone wrong and is kept in a basement (?) for a week or so. The man constantly rapes Dean and injects him with drugs. I remember this particular scene where Dean is really thirsty and begs the man for water. The man gives it to him but Dean does something wrong (I think he spat the water or drank more after the man told him to wait) and punishes Dean by assaulting him again. There's also this other scene where the man rapes Dean when he is too drugged to know what's going on and the man laughs about it the next day. While this is happening, John realises that Dean is missing and starts to look for him, at one point going to the house where Dean is kept and talking to the man who kidnapped him. John senses something's wrong and plans to visit the house again when the man's not there or something similar. Eventually John finds Dean being raped by the man and shoots the guy, I think? And then burns the house down. The rest of the fic deals with Dean's newfound drug addiction and Bobby and John caring for Dean.
