Ok.. I just remembered this fic that I was trying to find too.. Last one I promise!! I will seriously start saving everything now..
This fic is multichaptered. I read it both in the livejournal and FF.net. 
I can only remember the first chapter because it had Dean drowning and Sam saves him by telling and begging him to breathe and there was a memorable quote "and because Dean had never been able to deny Sammy anything he did" or something like that. Anyway it's about Sam having a vision about a little girl, and they go to save her.. That's all I remember.. please help!!

Looking for a story, I think it was 2-3 parts, set during and after The Benders. Involves Dean/Missy (con for Missy, non-con for Dean). Follows Missy to jail, adn then I think later tracking Dean down.

I'm looking for a fic I read and can't find anywhere. 
It was a long fic about Dean being addicted to smoking heroin.  The parts I remember were about him having to kill a hunter friend of his (a girl), and getting really withdrawn and depressed about it and starting using again.  It took Sam a while to figure out he was using but then he helped Dean detox.
I don't think it was wincest but it might have been.
